I fell asleep when I was done crying. And when I woke up, Sariel was nowhere in my apartment. He was probably either at the cemetery still or doing other tasks that needed his attention.

The time that read on the clock was enough time to clean myself up and get to work.

"Are you okay, Isabis? Your eyes look a little irritated" Helena was brushing the hair out of my face and looking me straight in the eyes.

"I'm fine" I shook my head out of her hands. "I'm just tired" of everything, really.

I was ready to hand out my shots at hand, but she pulled on my sleeve. "Here drink this" whatever it was, was in a small shot glass and orange.

"Nah, I don't want it to end up on my paycheck" I declined.

"Trust me. Taylor likes you, he wouldn't tab this on your paycheck" she giggled.

"Taylor likes me?" I questioned.

What was up with everyone liking me today?

"Hell yeah. He's always looking after you when you leave the bar and walk into the bar for your shift. He's got those sparkly eyes for you"

"Stop playing, Helena" I shook my head accepting the drink from her hands. It burned wherever it touched when I drank it.

"Feel better?" she asked innocently.

To be honest, the liquor only managed to burn my throat and pinch my stomach. It was another pain to concentrate on than the bigger picture. "Better than before, maybe"

She shook her head like she knew exactly what I was feeling.

I was currently on the second floor and orders were flying my way in all directions, to the point that I had needed to use my notepad, instead of my brain.

I turned around to the customer and almost had a heart attack, "Glad to see your back, hazel eyes" I made a tsk sound and shook my head.

"Does the drink come with someone sarcastic?" he grinned.

"I'll tell the bartender to find a sour orange. Sound good?" I left him and placed my orders with Helena.

"Got a lot of orders today, huh?" she asked surprised.

"I know right. I think people like to pay nine dollars a drink. Pfft, I wouldn't"

"It's the quality not the price. They just want to have fun" she informed.

"Until they can't stand anymore and end waking up in someone else's bed" I tsked.

Helena just laughed because she knew I had a point.

"Are you declining my customer service?" hazel eyes shifted into surprisement.

"Look, your the customer that makes the employee stressed. You know why? Because I know you didn't come here for the drinks or the music. Tell me what you really want from me?" I demanded.

"I just came here for a drink or two. You know because work can be quite stressful" he winked, playing my words against me.

"I give up!" I threw up my hands up.

This guy just kept twisting my words so that it wasn't about how he was giving me those eyes and playful expression. I wasn't going crazy. I think this guy liked me. NUMBER 3! Third person who probably had a crush on me! In one night!
