I woke up to the sound of my alarm, ugh why?! I slowly get up and I drag my body towards my bathroom and I turn on the shower, setting it to hot water. I strip out of my clothes and step into the shower letting the water wake me up, then I realize it's Friday and I do a little happy dance, I continue with my shower doing my usual shower routine. Once I was done I grabbed my fluffy towel and wrapped it around me then I went to my closet to pick out my outfit. I decided on wearing(outfit below) Something simple but cute. Once I slipped on my outfit and my nikes I stepped into my bathroom once again and did my make up and hair which was just foundation powder and mascara and for my hair I put it in a high ponytail.

I was satisfied with my look so I sprayed some perfume and I was good to go. I grabbed my phone and my backpack (backpack below)

I went downstairs and grabbed an apple and my lunch that I made the night before out of the fridge. Right when I was about to sit down My phone rang I checked to see who it was and it read Sassy J💁🏼so I swiped to answer. Phone Conversation: "Morning Nessy" "Morning J" "Hey I'm here" "Okay I'll be out there right now" now your probably wondering why I don't drive to school. I have my license, its just J and I carpool to save gas and we always drove to school together. I grabbed my stuff and headed out the door I got to J's car and stepped inside"hey Nessy " "Hey J" "So did you sleep okay?" "Yea I did and wbu?" "I slept like a baby" he said chuckling We arrive at school and we walk towards our usual spot. Matt is screaming and Running towards us and I couldn't help but laugh . "VANESSA" "JACK"!!he screams, he comes to us and hugs me first and kisses my forehead. "Hey Nessy" he says and then he greets Jack. Hey links arms with us both and we skipped to the group laughing and giggling. I go over and hug everyone and then I get Shawn he looks at me smiling and he grabs me by my waist and hugs me tight " Morning Nessa"he whispers blowing air into my ear sending chills down my spine and I feel my cheeks burn from blushing. I let go of him and I smile up at him and say "Morning Shawn". The whole group is looking at us and Matt whistles at us and I just laugh. So you guys are probably wondering what has happened in the past two weeks well Matt, Aaron and I have gotten closer, which I'm pretty happy about and for Shawn we have gotten closer but we aren't dating and I don't think we will. I honestly think Shawn doesn't like me and you know that's okay because I am so confused with my feelings that I don't know how I feel and this process is going to take awhile. I was broken out of my thoughts by G "Hey Nessa did you hear what I said?" "Oh no sorry what did you guys say?" "We were talking about going to Jakes party tomorrow night, did you want to go all of us are down to go but it's up to you" G said "Yea I'm down with going" I said smiling "Alright then the party starts at 8:00pm tomorrow and we need 2 Designated drivers" G said " I can be a designated driver" I said now you guys are probably wondering do I drink and do drugs and the answer is I don't I never have and I never will because I want to know what I'm doing at all times, especially at parties and since my dad is an alcoholic I know what it does to you and I don't want that. " I can also be the designated driver" Sammy said and all us turn to him dumbfounded because he is the one that always gets drunk at the parties when we go. "Really? Sammy you'll be the designated driver" I said to Sammy "Yea I will I need to take a night off on drinking and actually enjoy myself at the party and we can both hangout together sober " Sammy said to me and then the bell rang. "K Nessa come on let's go" Laura said linking arms with Lily and I and walking off to class. ~~~~~~~~~~~Lunch Time~~~~~~~~~~~~ I went off to my locker before I went to the cafeteria and while I was putting my books away I felt hands going around my waist and someone putting their head in the crook of my neck. "Hey Nessa" Shawn said and I giggled at how cute he is being. "Hey Shawn" I said as I closed my locker and turned around so that I was facing him. "Ready to go to the cafeteria?" I asked as I got out of his grip. "Yea let's go" we walk side by side to the cafeteria in a comfortable silence. We reach the cafeteria and we make it to our usual table. I take a seat in between Lily and Laura and I take out my lunch which consisted of Apple slices, carrots, and a turkey sandwich. I start to eat my food when Matt reached over and snatched my sandwich away and took a bite. WHAT THE HELL!! How dare he eat my food, "MATTHEW LEE ESPINOSA HOW DARE YOU TAKE MY FOOD!!" I shout and everyone started laughing because Matt has never seen this side of me before. His eyes widen and gives me my sandwich back and I do a little dance, I won this battle hahaha in your face Mattyboy. "Dude you should never mess with Vanessa's food" J said laughing "Sorry Nessa I should've known better" he said laughing. "It's okay Matty" I said patting his head and continuing to eat my food. I look around at my group of friends and I'm just so freaking happy when I'm with them they make me feel safe and worry free. For the rest of lunch we just talked and goofed around. The bell rang soon after and I was getting up grabbing my stuff when I felt someone's hand on my lower back, I look over my shoulder to see Shawn standing there looking down at me with a smile. "Can I walk you to class Nessa?" He asked "Yea of course" I said as we started to walk towards our classes. Shawn and I reached my class and he brought me in for a hug and kissed me on the forehead. " bye Nessa" he said walking away, ever since he kissed my forehead two weeks ago he has done it ever since and honestly I love it. I walked into class and I take my usual spot which is in the back and then the teacher walked in signifying class has begun. ~~~~~~~~~~~After School~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I walk out to the parking lot with J to his car when my phone started to ring, I swiped answer and held it up to my ear. Phone Conversation: "Hey Nessa are you home yet" "No Lily I'm not home yet J and I just left the parking lot what's up?" "Well Laura and I want to have a girls night like a sleepover and we can eat all night long" "YAAAS of course what time tonight and we could do it at my house" I said "Oh okay great and Laura and I will be there around 5:00pm okay?" "Yea that sounds good see you guys tonight Lily Pad"I said "Kk see you tonight NessyBear" and then we ended the call. End of Phone Conversation. "What are you guys doing tonight?" J asked "We are having a girls night tonight Jack sorry you can't come" I said frowning "Aww it's okay we will see each other tomorrow Nessa" J said smiling at me and arriving at my house seconds later. "Okay I'll see you later JJ love you" I said hugging him. "I love you too Nessa" j said kissing my forehead. I walk into my house setting my keys on the table and slipping my shoes off walking into the kitchen and grabbing a cold water bottle and when I turned around towards the counter I saw that there was a note. I picked it up and it read: Note: "Hey sweetheart I got home from my business trip this morning when you were at school and then I got called out for some meetings I have to attend to in New York City so I won't be home for another week I am so sorry honey I'll be home soon. Here is some money to spend on food, etc. love you NessyBear -mom I set the note down and grabbed the envelope full of money and headed upstairs to my room. I set the envelope on my desk and plopped down on my bed and decide to just chill on my phone when a text notification popped up it was from Shawn, so I opened it. ~Text~ From Shawn: "hey Nessa" To Shawn: "hey Shawn what's up" From Shawn: " at Johnson's with the guys what about you" To Shawn: "just relaxing until the girls come we are having a girls night tonight" From Shawn: "ooo sounds fun wish the guys and I were invited😔" To Shawn: "oh sorry sweetheart but it's girls only tonight" From Shawn: "oh no worries honey we'll see you tomorrow anyways for the party tomorrow night" I was reading the text when the doorbell rang. To Shawn: "true well I gotta go the girls are here bye Shawn" I get up from my bed and walked downstairs to the front door and opened it. "LAURA!! LILY!!" I screamed in happiness because honestly I'm so excited to have a girls night where we could just talk and relax and have fun and eat our hearts out. "VANESSA!" They scream as we all hug each other. We all walk up to my room to put Laura and Lily's bags up in my room so we can go get snacks and drinks at the store. We all walked out to my car (car below) and got in and drove off to the store.

~AFTER THE STORE~ We laid out all of the food and got everything Ready in the living room for our girls night . We all went upstairs to change into our comfy clothes. (Pic below)

Once we all got changed we all met downstairs and began our girls night. We ate pizza and all of our snacks while talking and watching movies all night and let's not forget that we gossiped and spilled the tea. Now it's about 2am and Lily fell asleep about 20 minutes ago and Laura and I are just talking while the movie tangled is softly playing in the background. "So how are you feeling Nessa?" "I finally feel content with myself and I can enjoy life but there are some days when I just want to shut the whole world out and I just want to be alone" "Aww Nessa I'm happy for you and for the other days I understand, so how do you like Shawn?" "Honestly I don't know Laura my feeling are so jumbled up right now" "I think you'll figure it out soon and in the end hopefully you'll be happy"Laura said yawning loudly which caused me to yawn too. "Okay I think it's time to sleep" I said giggling laying my head on my fluffy pillow and closing my eyes. "Nighty night Laura" "Night night Nessa"she said closing her eyes. As soon as she said night night I fell into a deep slumber and the last thought I was thinking about was Shawn.
