3:00am I have been up since midnight. I woke up with a really bad headache and I can't sleep and all I'm thinking about is how when I broke up with Shawn I didn't cry, I was just angry but you know I think it was because we were only together for 2 weeks. I was so stupid for letting Shawn into my trust so easily, and I'm also stupid for rushing into a relationship so suddenly I only knew him for two weeks before hand. I was broken out of my thoughts "Vanessa are you awake?" Sammy said standing up rubbing his eyes and walking over to my bed. "Yea I am I can't sleep I woke up with a bad headache" I said as he sat down next to me and pulled me into his side. "Want to tell me what's on your mind?" He asked as I looked at him. He already knew by looking at my face that I have something on my mind and that I want to talk about, he knows me so well. "Well I was thinking about Shawn and how I am so stupid for letting him in so quickly and getting into a relationship so fast without realizing what I was doing. Is there something wrong with me that no one wants to date me" I said looking down at my legs, that lay out in front of me on the bed. "Vanessa you are such an amazing person, when the time is right you will find someone or maybe you'll find the right person for you that has been in front of you the whole time and you just never noticed." He said. "Thanks Sammy" I said to him leaning my head on his shoulder. "When finding the right guy, will it ever get easy?" I asked him playing with his fingers. "You know you just have to search long and hard for that special someone and maybe that special someone is right in front of you and you just don't realize it yet" he said playing with my fingers. We just sat there talking and I ended falling asleep.
SAMMY'S POV I was trying to hint to her that someone that she's know and hangs out with has feelings for her but she is so oblivious about it and I wish I could just tell her how I feel but she just got out of a relationship and I don't want to overwhelm but I need to tell her soon because out of no where Shawn can just come back in and grab her away from me again. So she fell asleep about an hour ago and she is snuggled up against me and I have my arm around her waist. I'm laying here just thinking about what was going through Shawn's head when he cheated obviously I wouldn't know because I've never done that to a girl nor will I ever do that. I checked to see what time it is and it's 5:00am. I decided that I should get dressed and get Vanessa some coffee and then order room service for the both of us. I got up slowly so I wouldn't wake her up and got ready. After taking about 30 minutes of getting dressed I went to Alfred's Coffee and grabbed Vanessa a coffee and I a black iced tea. I made my way back to the hotel and ordered Nessa and I some breakfast from room service. While I decided to get things ready for Vanessa like getting her clothes ready and then my outfit for the gala tonight. It's about 7:00am now and the food had just arrived and I decided to wake up Vanessa because her meeting is at 8:30am and she still needs to get ready. "Vanessa" I said sitting down beside her on the bed. "Vanessa it's time to get up" I said shaking her a little. "Sammy just 10 more minutes" she said snuggling into the blanket. "Nessa you need to get up to eat and get dressed. "Okay but can you carry me to the bathroom" she said holding out her arms. "Okay you big baby" I said lifting her up and carrying her to the bathroom and handing her outfit. "Okay get dressed" I said to her. Moments later she walks out in her outfit and I went to the fridge and grabbed her coffee that I put in there. "Here you go I got this for you" I said handing it to her. "Awww thanks Sammy your the best" she said hugging me. "Okay now come over here so you can eat" I said leading her to the table on the balcony. (Food below)
