Three

I finished getting dressed for tonight. I realized that I can't give Grayson what he wants and he wants me to be mad about tonight and he wants me to have a horrible time. So I am doing the complete opposite. I am going to be super happy about this and have the best time.

I sat in my room until Allison came. About an hour after the party had started Allison came into my room and we headed downstairs. The house was packed and it smelt like weed, sweat and alcohol. I sucked it up and put on the most fake smile.

"Ari!!!" I heard Ethan yell before running up to me and wrapping his arm around me. I could tell he was already drunk and his excitement made my fake smile turn into a completely real one.

"Come on! Be my partner for beer pong!" Ethan said as he dragged me out to the back yard where there was a table with red cups placed in a certain order on each end of the table. We are playing against Nate and Alex. During all of this I don't know why, but I was wondering where Grayson was. But I brushed it off because I figured he was somewhere trying to get with a girl.

I threw the small ping pong ball and it landed in the last cup on Nate and Alex's side.

"We Won!!!" Ethan shouted before lifting me up and spinning me around. As I shouted with excitement. So far I had drank about 5 cups of beer.

"Come on! Let's celebrate with shots!" Ethan shouted as we both grabbed the small glasses pouring the alcohol in it and taking the shot. After about 3 shots I felt like throwing up and I had hit my limit of drinks tonight. I was at a point where I was super energized and super happy. I spent most of the time with Ethan because he and I had the most fun when we are together. As I took a sip from Ethan's drink i spotted Grayson. I grabbed a cup and poured a drink before walking over to him.

"Grayson!!" I shouted before handing him the cup. "Come! Let's take a shot together" I said handing him a cup. He gave me a dirty look before lightly pushing the cup away.

"No." He said and I gave him a rude looks

"Why not? You are a party pooper!" I told him and he just shook his head.

"Just take a shot with me! It's a thank you for deciding to throw this awesome party!" I
shouted and saw him begin to get more and more angry because his little trick wasn't working this time. I was having fun and that was the last thing he wanted.

"Fine, then come dance with me" I told him but he was still being the cold Grayson I know.

"No. Stop" he said before clenching his jaw. My eyes widened because I could tell he was pissed off right now.

"I'll dance with you!" I heard someone say and I turned around to see Lucas. He was captain of the basketball team and he was fine! I smiled before making my way over to him. But I was quickly stopped by someone grabbing my wrist and pulling me back.

"No, I'll dance with you" I hear Grayson say as he gave Lucas a death glare before walking with me to dance.

Our bodies moved in sync to the beat of the music. It was pretty hot because of all the people but I didn't mind and I guess Grayson didn't either. He looked so unamused when dancing with me. I mean we were kind of just swaying back and forth. I decided to pull him closer, turning around so my back was against his chest. I placed his hands on my hips and we grinded to the music. Now this got interesting. I felt one of Grayson's hands trail down my thigh. That's when I decided to turn back around to face him still leaving no space between us. I looked up at him before getting a little bit closer. I saw Grayson lean in closer as well.

"Not tonight babe" I lightly whispered in his ear and I could see his face drop. I mean in that moment I wanted to kiss him but there was no way I would do that to myself. With the way he treats me I will not let myself fall for him let alone kiss him.

"Alright let's get you inside, you've had enough" Grayson said as he wrapped his arm around me and walked me to my room.

"Is Grayson being nice?" I asked as I laid down on my bed.

"No. Your brother would kill me if he saw you passed out or completely shit faced while you were with me." He said before rolling his eyes. He lightly pushed my hair behind my ears before leaning closer to me. I had a feeling we might kiss this time but this was what he wanted not me. But I mean maybe I want it.

"Not tonight babe" Grayson said before getting up and walking out of my room.
