The 12th of August 2016It's been 7 days since I started dieting.Now, I'm going to start off with what this diet is based on, and its purpose.
1)There are 3 meals per day, at least 3 hours apart from each other.
2)I'm not allowed to eat any bread, sweets, pasta, rice, potatoes, unless they are sweet potatoes, and none of those "diet" products you find in stores, because they are all filled with fattening substances.I want to keep it completely natural.Almost all of the vegetables I ate, and I'm going to eat through this process are grown in my garden in a natural way.
3)I never count calories.All I eat must be healthy and in small portions, depending on its nature.
4)I am not allowed to drink any Juice, such as Dr. Pepper,coke, and so, even if the package says it doesn't contain any sugar.
5)Nothing after 7 pm.
6)I must drink 3 cups of green tea every day.If you choose to drink a weight loss Tea, check if it contains senna leaves, and if it does, don't drink it.It causes damage to your liver.
7)Weighting day is once per 2 days.
8)Alwayse remember which was the reason you started from the first place.Not only this will make you healthier and better looking, but it will also make you a whole lot happier and confident, and this is coming from someone who has been there before, and wishes to come back to who she was.I didn't dare weighting myself on day one, so I'll set the starting weight up about 238 lb.
