-smashed vegetables soup, with broccoli.
-Lettuce salad(with vinegar and Olive oil)
-green tea

DINNER
-one pomegranate
-one Glass of milk, with cacao powder, honey, and wallnuts

EXERCISE
-5 squats
-one hour of playing badminton (at school)
SW: 110 kg
