I think it's best I don't post what I eat EVERY day of dieting, and I skip through days, because of two reasons:1)I don't actually have that much spare time;2)I eat mostly the same thing every day, so It's better this way.
  ALSO, I think I will start posting chapters in which I would bring out all benefits of foods I usually add to my dishes.
  By the way, the photos that are gonna be shown in dieting days are made by me in those days.
