Chapter 10: Still Not Ready

OMG girls! Aren't you happy about all this?! "Paul asked"
Of course we are! "Yoly said happy"
We were heading to the concert, in our bus. I was freaking nervous, but Chanyeol was by my side, I felt relaxed. I couldn't even breath correctly. Chanyeol grabbed my hand and I looked at him. 'Everything is going to be okay, don't worry' he said. I tried to smile but it was difficult. I looked through the window and I felt someone pecked my cheek. I looked at Chanyeol, confused. He was smiling. "In case you get afraid, here's a good luck charm" he said with his cute smile. I couldn't help to laughed. He was so nice and cute that I couldn't help to pecked his cheek too. He chuckled and I did too. When we arrived, a lot of fans were waiting for us outside, screaming our names. We got off from the bus and some of us started signing autographs, others were answering questions that reporter were asking. I kept walking to the door we were supposed to go and a fan grabbed my shirt. I looked behind me and it was a little girl. She was in the other side of the barriers that were dividing us. I smiled and head closer to her.
Keylana Eonnie, can you sign this for me? "She asked handing me a notebook"
Of course I can, what's your name sweety? "I asked with a smile"
I'm Seol. By the way...I heard you can sing, but you're hiding it. "She whispered and I look at her" You see, I would like to become a singer in the future. Can I get an advise? "She asked with a smile"
I took a big breath and sighed, I kneeled down to see her closer. She had a cute smile, but a confused look. Like if I was going to tell her something bad.
You said your name was Seol, right? "I asked and she nod" Well, Seol, you see, I love singing that you don't have any idea. I want to become a singer too, but right now, I can't because maybe some people could get disappointed. "I gave her a tiny smile" My advise? Follow your dreams and never give up. I wrote on her notebook To my little friend, Seol. Whatever you decide to do, make sure it makes you happy, by EXO Chanyeol and your new friend from SOYOLYPARAEMASHAKEY, Keyla. I saw a happy look on her face when she read it. She made me feel happy. We head to our room, our makeup and dressing room A room just for the 18 of us, the guys even had to dress in front of us because there were no restrooms! So crazy! When it was our turn, they left to the hallway to wait for us. Our makeup was simple, just like theirs. And our outfit was short black jeans with blue vans and pretty blue dancing shirts that showed our bellies, with a jean short jacket. We looked pretty. We head to the hallway and the guys started at us.
Okay everyone! Let's go! "The concert boss shout and we followed him"
This is so exciting! "Sofie shouted and the girls followed her with screams"
We were all down in the platform, waiting for the signal to start dancing Monster with the guys. The guys were supposed to lift up first and start dancing, then...on another platforms, we were supposed to jump when they fast lift up. I wasn't still ready for this.
Are you guys ready? "The boss asked as the guys were starting singing the chorus"
Ne! "We all said"
Hana! Dul! Set! Jump! "He shouted and we jump"
When we jumped, the music stopped for a while and we were all with our faces down. Fans were screaming and shouting. Then it started playing again and we started dancing. It was a big place, more than 20,000 were there. It was kind of fun, but I wanted to ran away, really. When it was Chanyeol's and Sehun's rap, Sofie and I made our moves. But this time the guys were giving us all they had, what I mean by that, is that they made serious looks and touched our body more. It was our first concert so I think they had to do that. That were making fans drive crazy. When we finished we all stood in a line and introduce.
Annyeonghaseyo! We are EXO! "The boys shouted"
Annyeonghaseyo, We are SOYOLYPARAEMASHAKEY! "We said and the fans shouted more"
How is everyone doing?! "Suho shouted"
The fans shouted.
Are you exxited for today's concert? "Baekhyun asked"

Oh? That sounds like a no. Are you excited for today's concert?! "Chanyeol shouted"
Neeeeeeee! "The fans shouted happier"
Um, it's pleasure to be here again in front of you guys. We've been practicing a lot to show you our best. "Kai said throught the mic"
But that's not all! Do you guys know these girls? "Chen asked"
NEEEE! "They shouted"
Who are they? "Sehun asked with a smile"
SOYOLYPARAEMASHAKEY! "They shouted"
Who? "D.O asked"
SOYOLYPARAEMASHAKEY! "They shouted with more strenght"
Girls what do you have to say about this? "Suho asked"
Well, we are very happy to be here tonight following our dreams. Like Kai said before, we've been practicing a lot to show you guys what we got. "Rae said throught the mic and everyone shouted"
Then...shall we make another performance for you guys? "Xiumin asked"
Everyone shouted!
We started dancing BANG BANG BANG cover. The guys were also singing it and I really had no idea they were doing to do that. I was surprised! When we finished we head to the backstage to clean our sweat.
Keylana, are you okay? "A staff asked as she was cleaning my sweat"
Ne, I'm okay. "I said chuckling and looking for breath"
We then started with Lucky One, then Call Me Baby, and finally, Love Me Right. The boys were doing the rest. Like singing solos or dancing solos like Kai, Sehun, and Lay. When they were done and head to the backstage, I head to them with towels and water bottles.
Keylana, can you clean my face, please? "Kai asked sitting down and looking for breath"
Sure. "I said worried placing the towel on all his face with careful"
Then, after some minutes, someone was playing a piano. The fans were going crazy with the screams, I looked to the platform and it was Chanyeol, playing a cover of All Of Me by John Leyend. He was singing it so perfectly that I couldn't stop smiling. But...there was something wrong with the microphone he was using. You see, if he's playing piano he cannot take the mic with his hands and play it at the same time, there was something holding it, but it was getting far away from his mouth. He was also trying to play at the same time when he was trying to stop it form doing that. Everyone was just looking at it, no one was helping him. I took a big breath and sighed. I had to run to help him with the mic, I hide on the other side of his body so the fans would see him too. I grabbed the mic and put it next to his mouth. He looked at me and made a signal that I should put it a little bit more up so he can reach it. He smiled and kept singing. I was waiting for him to stop singing, so I was looking to other places. Then he pushed my arm with his arm and I looked at him. He was looking at me and smiling while singing the song.
'Cause all of me, loves all of you...
He was looking at me with a wierd look. I couldn't help to stare at his eyes, was he singing...to me? The fans were shouting more when they notoced he was looking at me.
When he finished, the platform was going down, the one where we were standing. When we were down in the backstage, I started walking to get a water bottle for me. He head to me with a smile.
Here you go singer. "I said handing him a water bottle"
Gomawo. "He said drinking it" Are you ready?
Eh? Ready for what? "I asked"
You have a solo, don't you? "He said"
Aaaaaaa wh...A WHAT?! "I shouted confused and in shock"
You didn't know? "He asked worried" Hm...I think our manager wanted to surprise us all. "He said confused"
Are you serious? "I asked worried"
Yeah, he- "Our manager cut him off"
Keylana, go to the piano. "He said pointing at the piano"
What?! Manager Sung! Is it true I have a solo?! "I asked in shock"
Um...I want it to be a surprise for you... "He said scratching his head"
But this is not a surprise! It's a nightmare! If you have told me before I could feel ready! Or worse! I would have a song to sing! But I have nothing! "I said upset"
Look, I won't discus with you. Are you going to do this or not? "He whispered worried"
I sighed worried and looked at a big screen that was showing all our fans. I could see a lot of faces, but I saw one in particular. It was Seol's. I was looking directly at the screen, she was smiling and waiting for something to happen. She also had her notebook, the one I sign on. She was hugging it.
Look...I'm still not ready to do this... "I whispered to our manager"
Keylana... "Chanyeol said and I looked at him"
I also... Don't want to keep being a coward of doing what I really want to, just because I'm worried about what others would think. "I said to Chnayeol"
Are you...going to do it then? "He asked with a surprised look"
I would like...to show someone a lesson about not giving up. "I said looking at the big screen"
Okay then! Go to the piano! Gomawo! "Our manager said leaving happy"
When Chanyeol was looking at him leaving, I grabbed his shirt. I was about to cry. I closed my eyes and put my face down.
What is- "i cut him off"
Chanyeola...I...cannot do this alone... You are the one who showed me the right thing to do... "I looked up to him"
He was smiling. He sighed and put his hands on my cheeks.
Just because you're brave to face your dream, I'll be right next to you. "He whispered"
I smiled and he hugged me. Then we both head to the piano, I sat on the chair and he sat in another one too, but he had a guitar on his arms.
There's a song I heard from a girl in the instrumental gym. When I look at you, I think it is by Miley Cyrus. "He said winking" I would like you to sing that song.
My eyes were wide opened. The one who sang that song was me.
What? I already heard your talent. And let me tell you something, you have the most pretty voice I've ever heard before. "He said with a friendly smile"
When the platform was getting up, Chanyeol was already playing the guitar. I was in shock by all those fans staring at us. When it was my turn to start playing, I freezed. Chanyeol stopped playing a looked at me. He placed his hand under my chin, making me looking at him, he smiled. I nod with a tiny smile and he started playing again.
When it was my turn, I started playing. Then...started to sing. In the chorus, the fans were all screaming. I also knew Seol was looking at me, I looked at her because she was closer to the platform. She smiled to me with a happy look.
In the second verse of the song, when I opened my mouth to sing, Chanyeol was singing that part. My eyes were wide opened. I couldn't still belief it. He had his eyes closed, then he opened them and looked at me with his cute little smile, he nod and we both started to sing the chorus. Fans were going crazy! When we finished the part when we have to say: You....appear...just like a dream to meeeeeeee, he looked at my eyes, and a thinking look. I gave him a little smile and the platform was going down to the backstage.
Good job guys! I couldn't wait for more! You guys killed it! "Our manager shouted"
I cleared my throat and got off form the piano chair. I head to our room because I needed some air. Then the girls came in too.
Omo Keylana! You did it great! "Paul said happy as she was giving me a hug"
Yah, what were you doing there?! Do you want to put us all down?! "Rae asked shouting"
What you mean again by that? "I asked sighing"
Stop calling attention and let us be the attraction too! "Yoorie shouted"
This was something that happened fast. I didn't plan this. "I explained trying to calm down"
I got up from the chair I where sitted on and head to the door so I could leave.
No way! Where are you going?! We haven't finished yet! "Shaly shouted as she was grabbing my arm"
Let go. "I said but she didn't let go" I said let go! "I said upset making her to leave my arm alone"
Keylana, someone is looking for you outside. "Our manager said as he as coming inside our room" He says he's your friend.
