The picture above is how Obi-Wan looks at the moment of this imagine.

I sat on the ledge outside as I had my nose stuck in a book. I let out a laugh as I read upon a joke. I absolutely love this book. It was titled The Book Thief and it was so beautifully written. I just couldn't put it down. That was, until. . .

"(Y/n)! Come inside, it's freezing out there!" I heard my lovely sister, Senator Padme Amidala. I smiled and finished the last page of the chapter I was reading. I hopped off the rail and waltzed inside. I set my book on a small table and sat on the couch.

"It wasn't even that cold." I smiled up at the stressing Senator. "Is there a reason you won't stop freaking out?"

"Aren't you? I mean, you haven't seen Obi-Wan in a few months." She asked me as she sat down beside me.

"It's not like I expect anything to happen. They're Jedi, they can have attachments, so I don't get my hopes up. And if anything, I make him uncomfortable, I'm usually the one who stays calm. That's why our relationship as friends worked." I smiled and nudged her. "But I can't say the same for you and Ani. I can't believe you two are married in secret."

"Neither can I, but I'm happy with him. I truly love him. I can't believe he and I got together before you and Obi-Wan." She looked towards the window and then back at me.

"Like I said before, he's a Jedi. Far different than Anakin. Obi-Wan is more of a play by the rules kind of man. I just choose to respect that." I shrugged and picked up my book again. I read a few more chapters that I didn't hear the door slide open. But my head shot up as I heard my favorite voice break through the air.

"Hey there, Handsome." I smiled as I walked up to the infamous Obi-Wan Kenobi. He blushed before bowing, but I stopped him. "What did I say about bowing?" I laughed as he stood up straight.

"Sorry, Princess. Nice to see you again." He smiled lightly. I pulled on his hand and led him to the couch away from the others.

"So, what's the mission?" I asked.

"Well, Anakin will be protecting the Senator while I protect you. We will be disguised as partners at the ball. I will accompany you as Anakin will the Senator." He told me in his rich accent.

"Sounds good, and when will this ball take place?" I crossed my legs.

"In an hour, actually." He admitted.

"So, do I get to see you in a suit, looking all handsome?" I played with his robes. I looked up at him and smirked.

"I g-guess." He stuttered. "It looks like we must go. And please, wear something black or beige. It suits you." He smiled and walked out with Anakin. I squealed and ran to my room to get dressed quickly. I found the perfect dress and pulled on some cute ankle boots.
