"Guys! Come here! I'm tired of all of this! If your not going to do your best then why am I wasting my time?!" I yell to the football team.

"Riley, we are trying our best," Brendan says.

"No your not! And if you call that your best then-" I start but Cooper cuts me off.

"Riley! Stop it! Don't take your anger out on us," He says. I stand there with my words stuck in my throat.  "Hit the dummies.... Now!" Cooper yells and everyone goes over to the dummies.

"I am not," I say.

"Don't give me that crap. You need to stop. Everyone is working extra hard just for you. Stop taking your anger out on us. We need this win. Alright?" He says. I nod. He goes over to the dummies and I follow him.

Earlier today wasn't all smooth sailing. Me and Madden were at each others throats again, and Clay was just... It's not were I want them to be right now.

As soon as practice is over I ask the team to stay for a minute.

"Ok guys. I am really sorry. I am going through a lot right now, and I'm trying to make everything work out and..." I trail off.

"It doesn't matter what your going through," Madden says. I look at him.

How could he say that? I thought he would be one person who understood what I was going through. I know we aren't on great terms but be knows what I'm going through, and I thought I could trust him.

"Because we will be here understanding you. We are going to win on Saturday. and we are going to show everyone that we are not only a football team, but we are the football team," Madden says. I smile.

"Grayson?" I say hoping he knows what I'm asking him.

"Bulldogs on three!" He yells.

"One, two, three!" I yell.

"Bulldogs!" Everyone joins in and then we all go to the parking lot.

"Want a drive home?" Madden asks. I nod. "Your brothers are going with Grayson and Freddie," He says. I nod and go over to his car.

"So, what are you doing tonight," He asks as I shut my door.

"Uh, Lucas asked me to hang out," I tell him. He clenches the steering wheel so hard that his knuckles turn white.

"Oh," He says with hatred laced in his voice. I nod.

It was a very awkward drive home. He didn't talk, but luckily my house wasn't to far from the school. He doesn't even park the car, or go in my driveway like he usually does, he waits in the street for me to get out.

"Have fun with Luke," He says putting emphasis on Lucas name. I nod and get out. He drives away before I close the door. I sigh and walk into my house.

"Riles!" Easton yells in a sing-song voice.

"What," I say scared. He only does this hen he wants something.

"I just love you so much!" He says running down the hall and hugging me.

"Oh, I love you too East!" I tell him, hugging him back. He smiles.

"You know, we have never gone out, like a twin hang out," He says. I nod.

"Oh yeah. We should totally do that," I say.

"Yeah, right after you help me pass this math exam," He says. I laugh.

"Sure thing, Easton. Right after I drop dead," I say very happily then my tone drops at the last sentence. He sighs.
