Cooper's POV
When I come out of the basement from playing video games with Easton I go up to my room but, I hear something from Riley and Easton's room.
I open the door and see Riley in the corner crying. I sigh and walk over to her and she starts crying harder. I pick her up and bring her on my lap when I sit on her bed leaning against her head board. I rock her back and fourth and I kiss her head.
I know how it feels being the second choice, or the second favourite.
We stay like that for around 30 minutes, talking, laughing, healing.
"Did you eat?" I ask her as she sniffles.
"I'm not hungry," she says. I sigh.
"I'm making sure you eat breakfast tomorrow."
"Whatever.." She mutters. Then she falls asleep. Easton comes in a few minutes later. I set Riley down on her bed. I kiss her forehead then head off to my room.
"Where were you," Colton asks.
"Cleaning up your mess," I say then I turn off the light and go to bed.
*~*Riley's POV
Today I wake up early, get in the shower, then get my bag and head out the door before anyone was awake. I start walking down the road to our school. When I get to school the library should be opened.
I get to school in 30 minutes. I go to my locker and get my books then head up to the Library.
I take a seat at the back in the corner of the library. I take out my laptop and headphones that Ember lent me.
I start watching a American Horror Story when someone taps my shoulder, I take out the headphones and turn to see Madden.
"Hey darling," he says sitting across from me.
"Um hi," I say a little freaked out by what he's calling me.
"So having fun with the seniors?"
"What?"
"Did you sleep with him yet?"
"Excuse me?!" Irritation in my voice.
"I wonder what would happen if someone finds out,"
"What the hell are you talking about," I asks him.
"You and Cooper Falcon duh, I saw what you guys were talking about yesterday, can't believe you doing it with a senior," My jaw drops.
"...Madden are you implying that I had sex with my brother?" I say kind of grossed out. His face goes blank.
"Aren't you two dating?" He asks.
"We're not dating," I say then the bell rings. "Oops, gotta run," I say packing up my stuff and running to my first class.
*~*I think Mr. Jackson- my English teacher- doesn't like me very much.
"Ms. Falcon," he says as I enter the class room and almost the whole class is already there. "You're not following the dress code."
"Um I'm pretty sure I am," I snap at him.
"Your shoes," he says pointing at them.
"Ok, so we are going to have this lecture? Because Mr. McNeil said I could wear these," He sighs and gestures me to sit down at my seat in the back, and I do as I'm told.
"I can see he's talking a liking to you," The guy on my right chuckles.
"Yeah, well he can say whatever he wants because I'm wearing my boots." I say. He just looks at me.
