Chapter 5:Everythings Made In China, Except Babies. They're Made in VaCina

Riley's POV

I'm sitting on the couch in the basement right now because everyone else is out right now, I'm listening to some music when I remembered that today was the day Lucas was going to help me with soccer.

Yes, today my dad was at work and my mom is still on her trip for her job, she had to drive two cities over. So I stayed home, I Told Cooper I wasn't feeling good. I guess he bought it. But now I regret it. I look at the clock.

12:30.

If I leave now I should be at school by the time lunch is over. So that's what I do. I get my uniform on, my black boots then French braid my hair and the hair that is braided normally at the bottom I tucked it up under the French braid. I grab my books not bothering with my book bag and head out.

I get to school in no time because it's still lunch when I get there. As soon as I get one foot in the door Cami is dragging me to the girls bathroom.

"Riley! Where have you been!"

"I-"

"I've heard enough!" Then Marnie appears by my side.

"We have a problem!" She gushes.

"A HUGE problem!" Evie says as she appears beside Cami.

"Like I mean humongous," says Cami. "There," she points to the girls bathroom. Then she looks at me. "NOW!!"

"Ok, ok I'm goin' ," I go over to the girls bathroom.

Now I realize that I've been using the boys bathroom for the past three days...

But when I go in, I see Timber in the stall crying.

"Tim! What happened!" She looked up at me.

"Everyone is making fun of my name and then Ember was with me, and then she went and hung out with them, and to make it worse they were all boys." She sobs.

Timber is very sensitive, she also has asthma which doesn't help when she's crying like this.

"Tim, you have to calm down, ok? " She stops crying for the most part, but she is not fully recovered yet. I went out of the bathroom for a minute to find a girl I saw Timber talking to the other day.

"Hey you!" She looks over at me then comes to me. "You think you can get Timber fixed up?" I ask. She nods and goes over to Timber.

"Thank you so much!" I walk out of the bathroom and over to Cami.

"Good your back, now Marnie will take you to your next appointment,"

"Appointment? What is going-?" Marine takes my arm and leads me upstairs.

"Ember isn't being the best sister, you need to set her straight."

"But-" I say as we approach Ember and three guys.

"Good luck," I am so confused, but she is right Ember can't get away with that.

Ember turns to face me. And she looks shocked. "Hello to you too," I say, the boys laughed.

"Just tell her to back off like you did to that weird girl," One of them said.

Ahh, how I love sophomore boys.

"Oh my apologies, who are you?" I ask.

"Kingston" he winks at me.

"Well Kingston don't you know how to make a girl melt like butter on toast," I say. He steps closer to me.

"Unfortunately that girl's not me," I say putting a hand on his chest to stop him from stepping closer.

"Now Ember, I would love to tell mom about this and ruin her trip, or I could tell dad and he would punish you more, your choice sis... Or you could do what I know you have it in you," I say smiling. She turns to stand beside me. And tells the guys off and leaves them dumbfounded. Then she turns to me and gives me a hug.
