Dear Dan,

It's Arin. I have decided to write letters to you. Well, I didn't decide, Suzy said I should.

I know you'll never read these - because I'll never send them - but I don't care. I've read and seen a lot of things where people just write about their feelings and it helps.

Yesterday was the day you said goodbye. I never thought the day would come, I thought I'd never have to say goodbye to another friend.

I know you are still my friend, but I also know that you won't have time for me anymore.

Am I that bad, I make everyone leave?

I don't if you had time to see the responses to the video you made about you leaving, most of them were positive but sad. They all understand that you want to continue your dream in music and will continue to be fans of yours. Can I say the same?

My dream is to see your name in lights above everything else, because you deserve it.

But I also want to be right by your side as the journey to that moment happens.

I should go now, I need to find a new not-so grump. I feel so bad replacing you and I wonder if I should continue, but this is my job and many other people's jobs. I can't just quit because I am sad.
