April's POV

I walked into my music theory class on Thursday morning, and I wanted to turn around and walk right through that doorway. Why, you might ask? Because sitting right at my desk waiting for me was none other than Louis Tomlinson. Yay! Please note sarcasm. Trust me, I tried leaving, but he spotted me as soon as I turned around.

"Hey, April! We have to talk!" He said while calling me over to where he was.

"No we really don't." I carefully suggested. Anything to get out of this situation.

"Look I'm so sorry about what hapenned at the park the other day. I was a complete jerk."

"No Louis don't worry about it. It's ok." Ugh why am I forgiving him?! It's not ok! It's not ok at all! I feel as if my heart and my brain are having an arguement, and right now my heart is winning.

"No it's not ok! Not only did I show up three hours late, but I also interrupted our music session and I almost kinda kissed you so yeah. Sorry." He said stupidly. I mean seriously? Out of all the things you could apologize for you apologized for kissing me? Ugh, boys.

"It was three hours and seventeen minutes. That's how long I waited, by the way." I muttered under my breath.

"What was that?"

"Oh um nothing. I said nothing." LIES!

"Oh I was meaning to ask you: what grade did you get on the composing project?"

"Um I actually didn't get to finish it. Cause you know, when you stormed of angrily after Eleanor in the park that day you kinda took the sheet music with you. After trying -and failing- at trying to rewrite the song I just gave up. But it's fine. I'm still passing this class anyways." I said sheepishly.

"Oh crap I didn't even realize I took it. I was in such a hurry to leave I just grabbed everything that I though was mine. I'm so sorry, April. Is there anyway I can make it up to you?" He grabbed both of my hands and made a dramatic puppy dog face. I suddenly froze, and I blushed furiously. I was trying to say something but I just opened and closed my mouth stupidly.

"Oh...um...uh...ok?" While I sat there looking like a fool he just flashed me his pearly white smile.

"Ooh I got it! How about I take you out today. You? Me? Breadsticks restaurant at six? What do you say?"

"I don't really think Eleanor will like that." I said unsurely.

"It'll be fine! We're just friends anyways, right?" Ouch. That hurt.

"Yeah, yeah of course. Just friends. Nothing more." Oh my god did I just put myself in the friendzone?

"Cool. So I'll see you there ok?" Louis said.

"Sure." After that, Louis walked around the classroom working with people, and I had to momentarily remind myself that I am in class.

Instead of actually focusing on my work, I doodled. A lot. And what exactly did I doodle about? Yup, you guessed it. Mr. Louis Tomlinson. I drew his name in big curly letters, with big hearts surrounding it, and little hearts surrounding the big hearts. Complex, huh? I also drew a very sucky stick-figure fanart of me and Louis, or how I like to call ourselves: Lapril. That's the couple name I created. It was either that or 'Apouis.' Anyways, as I was drawing my third work of art, which consisted of me writing 'Mrs. April Tomlinson <3' over and over again, I felt someone giggling softly behind me. I frantically dropped everything to the floor and turned around to look for the aforementioned culprit.

"Hello Mrs. Tomlinson." Niall said cheekily.

"Shut up." I grumbled.

"So I heard you landed a date with that hottie, Louis Tomlinson." He said with an annoying girly voice while trying to twirl his short hair around his finger.

"OMG gurl yussss I did. Like OMG you need to help me plan my outfit babe!" I said stupidly, mimicking his act.

Our conversation was soon interrupted by none other than Louis.

"Hey, best FRIEND, I was wondering if you have any ideas on how I could get Eleanor to forgive me. Cause you know I figured you're a girl so you would know." Louis whispered emphasizing the word 'friend.'

And I'm stuck in the friendzone again, and again.
