I woke up the next day by the sound of my phone ringing.

"Hullo?" I asked with a deep, morning voice.

"April? Hello! It's Matt! Is this a bad time? I'm sorry I didnt't realize you were sleeping."

I jumped out of bed, and blinked a couple of times before clearing my throat and talking in my normal voice. "Oh Matt hello! Good Morning! How are you? What can I help you with?"

"I was wondering if you wanted to hang out today. We could maybe go to the cinema, then dinner. Or not. Whatever you prefer." He said shyly, and I smiled a big wide smile. Yup. I am soooo getting over Louis today.

"No! I mean yeah! Sounds fun! Um how about I meet you at the park near my house at...1 o'clock?" I asked nervously.

"Ok cool! Well, I'll see you in an hour!" Matt stated before hanging up. Wow um ok. One hour. One hour to get ready. Huh. Deja vu. Reminds me of my first date with Louis. Ok! Moving on, remember?

Just as I finished getting ready, I heard the doorbell ring. I was very surprised, however, when I saw Louis at my door instead of Matt.

"Hi Ma- uh Louis? What are you doing here?" I said awkwardly.

"Well I felt horrible about last night. Maybe you want to hang out today. I figured you had nothing to do today."

I felt like saying 'As a matter of fact I do have something to do. I have a life too you know!' but I had half a mind not to. I was about to kindly explain that I was bus today, until I saw Matt's car park in my driveway. He got out of his car and walked up to my front door, standing closely behind Louis. I saw that Matt had flowers in his hand, and I suddenly blushed.

He cleared his throst before saying, "Uh, hello. Am I interrupting something? I could leave if you want." He said kindly.

At the same time that I said "No please don't leave!" Louis said "Yeah actually that would be nice, thanks mate."

And now, an awkward silence had settled over the three of us.

"Louis I was going to tell you, that after you left me by myself last night, Matt kindly chatted with me. And for your information, yes I have plans today, yes it is possible that I am over you and have a tiny little liking for Matt, and no it is none of your business." I said angrily and closed my front door and led the way to Matt's car, him following closely behind. Once we were safely in his car, I angrily buckled my seat belt and told Matt to 'step on it.'

"So..." Matt muttered awkwardly after about five minutes of silence. I sudenly realized how stupid this whole situation is and I broke down laughing. He looked startled at first, but then he chuckled loudly.

"I'm so sorry! That was so embarrassing!"

"It's ok." He said with a smile.

"Anyways," he continued "You have a liking for me?" He was referring to my small rant earlier, and I blushed a bright shade of red.

"Oh I almost forgot! Thanks for the flowers." I said trying to avoid the subject.

"Don't go trying to change the subject! If it's any consolation, I like you too." Well, now I'm officially dead. I can't deal with this omg he likes me.

"So...what do you have planned for today?"

"Well I was thinking maybe a picnic at the park and then maybe a movie. Sounds good?" He said while giving me a shy smile.

"It's perfect."

About three hours later and we were more than halfway through the movie 'Catching Fire.' I was having a nice time. Matt was such a sweetheart.

Once the movie ended we took a romantic walk by the park. Matt wrapped his arm around my waist and I thought 'Woah there. That's a bit close for my liking.'

"Well it's getting pretty late. How about I drive you home?" I honestly felt a bit relieved.

"Ok." I nodded my head slightly. On the way home, we were pretty quiet.

Once we got there, Matt asked if he could come inside for a while.

"Uh actually I'm sorry but no. I kind of have a um thing tomorrow early in the morning."

"Oh it's ok. Don't worry." He said kindly. I felt kind of bad for him. He was so nice.

All of a sudden he crashed his lips onto mine. While he closed his eyes dreamily, I tried to push him away gently. I then realized I truly had no feelings for him. He said goodnight, pecked me on the lips, and walked away.

I now know that I do love Louis, because that's who I thought of all day long.
