Reminder: Jace and Edward are cousins that live in the same house since Jace's parents had gone to Denmark for a little vacation.

Edward felt like a loser and tried his best to nap in his room but somehow couldn't.

He then decided to follow the group, so he rushed outside and found Becky's house, then he ran near her house to see West's unfinished building not so far from Becky's house.

'Where are they?' Edward whispers to himself, that's when he realized that maybe the group had already gone inside.

He started pacing back and forth.

"They couldn't have gotten inside right? I mean why would they? Who would go inside an unfinished creepy building which has a lot of spirits roaming around?" Edward thought.

That's when he came up with an answer.

'Jace. Of course. He would almost do anything to prove how devilish he is.'

Edward sighed and ran near the building. The building is so dusty, it isn't even painted yet!

Edward suddenly felt like something was bothering him, and that something was wrong. It wasn't about the weather. Yes it is cold, it is night, and it is a good thing he brought two flashlights with him.

Someone suddenly pats him on the shoulder.

"What the-!?"

Meanwhile, Delilah is currently worried since her flashlight kept flickering, which meant it was starting to run out of battery. They had only brought one flashlight with them.

"Great. So since we only brought one flashlight with us, it means that either the seeker or hiders will get the flashlight," Becky groans.

"Not for long," Jace appears with two flashlights, "look who I found."

It was poor Edward, who looked like he had just seen a ghost but laughed it off instead. The group clasps their hands and James exclaims "Let's start the game!"

"So there will be four hiders and one seeker since we are five all in all...." Jace began.

"And I'll be the seeker!" Delilah shoves him, volunteering confidently.

"But what if you get lost?" Edward asks her, concerned.

Delilah blushes, "I won't."

"You will," Jace grins sheepishly. "Delilah and I will both be the seekers. James, Edward and Becky will be the ones who are hiding. Don't go too far, just hide here in the building, okay guys?"

"Jace, it's getting pretty late," Edward yawns, "I left the house around seven, and I sleep around eight."

"Don't be a scaredy cat, we'll just have one game of Live, Hide and Seek. What could possible boy go wrong?" Jace grunts.

Before the others could speak, they hear footsteps coming towards them.

"Who's there!?" James asks with a frightened tone.

There was no answer, but instead, they heard a child's chuckle.

"Let's get out of here," Delilah insists uncomfortably.

They heard screeches from the walls and Jace turned both of their flashlights on.

PLAY THE GAME AND YOU CAN ESCAPE.

IF YOU ALL WONT FIND EACH OTHER BEFORE EIGHT, YOU WILL ALL SUFFER.

I AM COUNTING.

Then they heard chuckles.

"I'm scared," Becky utters.

James gulps, "I want to go back home."

As a sister, Delilah hugs him. "Jace and I will find you. I swear we will, I won't lose you James.... You're my brother and I never will dare to lose a sibling."

"It hurts Del," Becky sighs. "It hurts"

"What If we die!?" James exclaimed "I want to get out of here."

Edward comforts him. "We all do. But sometimes we face consequences which will be one great memorable experience.... And experience is the best teacher."

"Play the game," a voice whispers.

The group gulped.

Jace checks his watch, "It's seven twenty nine....."

"Right," Edward nods, who takes a glance of his own pinkish watch.

"Why is Jace's watch colored brown while yours is pink?" Becky asks.

Edward sighs. "I don't want to answer that right now, besides, we should focus more in the game."

"We just have to play a game of hide and seek, come on let's play. Delilah and I will count up to ten, then you guys hide but not too far alright?" Jace says.

"I'm scared," Delilah shivers.

"Here take this flashlight with you," Edward hands one flashlight and he keeps the other.

"Guess I'll turn this off," Delilah says as she turned her flickering flashlight off.

"We have no choice," Jace sighs. "WE'LL COUNT UP TO TEN!"

"I didn't even have my first kiss yet.... I don't want to die!" Delilah starts to cry.

"Don't worry, I can be your first kiss," Jace pats her on the back and starts counting.

Although Jace clearly meant it in a jokingly manner (since he's known for being a player, Delilah couldn't help but blush, even tho she had feelings for Jace's cousin namely Edward, she still felt some sparks around Jace.
