Edward, Becky and James run off. They run upstairs, then they heard Jace and Delilah scream out the number four which meant they only had six seconds left to hide."Come on, I'm sure they could find us here," Edward pointed at a wooden door, "should we open it?" without the response of Becky and James, Edward opened it and saw an old doll.
James then nodded. "We could hide here."
"Oh my goodness!" Becky cried as she entered the old room then hugged the doll. "This was Jenny's...." Then she panicked, "Jenny... It's me Becky... Your sister..."
Edward and James entered the room and comforted Becky as she cried.
The door suddenly closes.
"No!" Edward tries to open the door. "We're locked inside this room!"
James kneels down and tried to unlock the lock but couldn't while Becky tried to wipe her tears and let out a sigh, "I'm so sorry...."
Edward and James turned to her. "It's not your fault Becks."
Becky then cried, "It's my fault! I hate this!" She then turned red and stood up.
"What are you going to do?" James asks.
"Jenny, if it wasn't for your loss, this wouldn't have happened," Becky stomped furiously. "If you weren't lost then I wouldn't have entered this crappy building! I miss you Jenny but ever since you were not around anymore, problems started to happen!!!"
Meanwhile, Jace and Delilah were frightened for they have heard stomps from the second floor and weren't sure if they should check it out.
"Maybe it's James,Edward or Becky! Maybe it's them, it might be their footsteps," Delilah argues. "Listen to me Jace, it is possible!"
"Why would James, Edward and Becky stomp their feet? Give me a reason," Jace says in an irritated tone.
Delilah stays silent.
"Let's check outside," Jace suggested.
"What about the third floor?" Delilah asks.
"If we go to the third floor, then that means we'll have to pass the second floor where we heard the stomps and no way am I going to go through that mess," Jace then grabs Delilah's hand. "We can't start off in a rough path immediately, you know."
Delilah tried not to blush.
She was secretly in love with Edward, so why is she blushing around Jace?
Meanwhile in the locked room where three helpless friends stayed, the three started to lose hope and one female tried her best to stop exaggerating, still putting the blame on her long lost sister.
"If it wasn't for you then I wouldn't have go in this building and get locked in this messy room," Becky blabs and cries. "Or maybe I'm not trying my best..."
"Let me tell you my story," Edward starts.
"That won't help her-" James begins.
"My mother and father disliked me for I was a coward," Edward says, ignoring James.
"My father adored my older sister Violet for she was smart and brave yet I on the other hand was a big coward," Edward continues sadly.
"My biggest fear was heights, the reason why my parents only brought Violet with them during summer time when traveling was because I was scared to ride a plane," Edward shares. "That's why I stay with my cousin Jace instead during summer."
Becky stayed silent.
"I envied Violet because my parents compare me to her almost all the time" Edward explains, "I wished that she would be gone forever...." And then Edward glanced at his pink watch, "and it came true."
Becky then looked at him. "Sh-she's....?"
"No not at all, my parents brought her with them and...."
"And...?"
"They're never coming back," Edward finishes. "My parents told me to come with them but I didn't want to ride the plane, Violet gave me her pink watch for a remembrance..."
James joins the sad conversation "Ed..."
"I know that it sounds stupid," Edward says, playing with the flashlight since the other was with Jace and Delilah.
"It doesn't," Becky smiled. "It really doesn't."
