Nadia.

*Nadia's POV*

I stormed down the road away from Lauren's and noticed that even though I've never been remotely near this place, I felt oddly familiar with every street and tree around.

I looked around before I felt a eerie shock spread throughout my body and then heard a high pitched beep in my ear before hearing a slightly husky voice.

"Hello Nadia. If you wish to know entirely of what happened, you can meet me at this address." After she said that, a robotic voice echoed through my head, telling me the so called address.

I looked around wearily, thinking I had just imagined everything. After a few minutes I began walking to the address, only because every other thirty seconds or so, I'd hear directions like a GPS in my head.

About twenty minutes later, I was tired, then the woman's voice echoed in my head again, letting me know I was here. I shuffled to the front of the big business building and walked in, just to be stopped by a bulky man in a grey tee shirt and some jeans.

I started to panic as he grabbed me and suddenly I saw a striking woman around her thirties come to my rescue. "BRUTUS! She's a guest in my home, unhand her." The man immediately looked at me and apologized and the same to her. He was dismissed after the incident.

After he left the room, it was just me and the woman who looked and sounded oddly familiar. I shook off my thoughts and let uneasiness settle in once I saw her smirk grow a tiny bit. "Please, have a seat, Nadia." I felt weary as I took a seat at the end of the couch that was opposite of hers.

I looked around and saw that the inside of the place was massive. I swore it was a mansion instead of a business. "You look frightened. Why?" I looked down and back up before asking, "What is going on? Who are you?" She chuckled and said, "Oh, you humans kill me. So naïve nowadays." She laughed again and I felt myself grow eery about the way she had called me a human... She is one, too.

"Do you not remember me, Nadia? I'm the one who awoke you from the coma. My name is Evony," she put her hand out for me to shake, but I limply grabbed her hand momentarily. I had known her from somewhere, I was sure of it...
