More Than Friends

Chapter 11:

After about an hour of catching up and the twins napping, Dianna and I take the kids and go to the cemetery to visit my mom. Its been 2 years since she passed, She was finally trying to stop drinking. Dan took her out and got drunk, he hit a car and killed 6 people including my mother. Dan is now in jail for manslaughter.

We get to the cemetery and set up some flowers around her grave. We sit next to her tombstone and talk to her while the kids play a little. I start to cry and Dianna rubs my arm, the twins run over to hug me. A while passes and the guys show up. We all decide to go for a drive, we drive for about four hours. When we get home the guys say they have a present for me.

Luke and Dianna take the kids inside to lay them down. When they come back out they are both smiling. Jai puts his hands over my eyes and Beau leads me inside.

They lead me into the kitchen and I burst into tears as I see my present: a dinner set up with all of my mothers recipes.

"You guys thank you so much." They all hug me as I cry for a minute.

We sit down and eat while discussing details for my birthday party. After eating some cake and having a few drinks we all clean up and head to bed.
