"What did you say?" No response. "Dean, what did you just say?" Dean snored. Cas was panicking.
He probably didn't mean it.
He's just drunk.
Nothing to worry about.
But what if he did mean it?
What if I've been living with The Hunter this entire time?
That's insane.
Now just a little bit more calm, it kicked just how drunk Dean really was. He would definitely be hungover in the morning.
Cas walked to the kitchen and grabbed a glass. He filled it up with water and shook a couple aspirin from the bottle. He walked to Dean's room and set them on the nightstand. Then walked back to his own room.
He laid in his bed, but sleep didn't come. Tossing and turning most of the night, finally slipping into unconsciousness much later.
"Hey Angel." It was Dean again. "No, not again." Cas panicked. "Hey, don't be like that Cas. I thought you liked me." Cas looked up to see The Hunter. "No, you're not him. There's no way."
"Oh Angel, don't be like that." Cas looked at The Hunter's green mask. The black eyes shielding the beautiful green he knew so well. "Dean..."
"Don't cry, angel."
"Don't leave!" Cas yelled. "Please, don't leave me again." He reached out to touch Dean's arm, but nothing was there.
"No! Come back. I don't want to be alone..."
"You will always be alone, Angel."

Dean did wake up with a hangover. It felt like someone had pushed needles into his brain. He groaned. He couldn't remember much from last night, just walking in to The Roadhouse, seeing Sam, having a drink-off with Cas- oh, well, that explains it.
He looked to his bedside table and saw a glass of water and some aspirin. Thank the lord for his roommate.
Cas walked into the room carrying a tray of food. "Good morning." He said, smiling. "Shhhhhhh. Too loud." Dean groaned. He rolled over and put his pillow over his head.
"You look horrible." Cas whispered. "Yeah, thanks for the observation, Sherlock." Dean snarked at him. Cas rolled his eyes. "I bring you food and this is what I get it return." Cas was smiling, then he started to walk out of the room. "Noo, come back," Dean whined. "I want the food I'll be nice."
He chuckled and walked back in with the tray. "What's the special?"
"Corn Flakes and fruit."
"Why so healthy? Why not bacon? Or pancakes?"
"It's not your birthday. You're lucky I brought you food at all."
"You're so mean."
"And you're annoying."
"I want a divorce."
"We're not married."
Dean stuck his bottom lip out in a pout. Cas set the tray down on Dean's lap. He took the spoon from the bowl of cereal when Cas turned to leave.
"Hey Cas?" Dean called.
"Yes?"
"Thank you, for doing this." Cas smiled, "It was nothing."
And that, Dean thought, is why he's an amazing person.

Okay, so a shorter chapter. This is kinda where the story picks up. I've been getting super busy so the updates are gonna slow down. But I'll try and post as often as I can. It's really hard to get free time.
