Waking up Monday morning was terrible. Who's idea was it to stay up so late? Jeremy was the first one up and out of the tent. The first thing he did was open the blinds so they sun was beaming in on us.
"Rise and shine sleeping beautys!" He shouted at us as he stood at the door of the tent.
"Was that really necessary?" Ben asked him as he slowly got up.
"Just a little longer" I whispered and cozyed into my sleeping bag.
"That's it" Was all I heard and the next thing I knew buckets of water were being thrown on me.
"JEREMY!" I yelled getting out of bed and chasing after him. Jenn continued to sleep.
"What the hell?" Ben said shocked. "How is she still sleeping?!"
"She sleeps threw everything." Jeremy stated as he continued to out run me.
I finally caught up to him. "What do you have to say for yourself?" I asked as I placed my hands on my hips.
"It worked." He shrugged, staring my down.
I quickly wrapped him in a hug.
"BROOKE!" he yelled at me. " Your lucky I still have to go get dressed." He said softly and looked at Ben.
"Yeah, we should get going." Ben said and they both disappeared out the door. This left me to try and get Brooke up.
"FIRE!!" I yelled into Brookes ear. She just rolled over again. "Oh my gosh, Jenn look at that pile of liqour over there by that really hot boy!" I tried to make my voice sound as normal as I could.
LIQOUR? Hot guy? Where?!" She jumped out of the tent.
"Well that worked." I laughed and headed out to my car to get some clothes. Then I ran upstairs where Jenn was already dressed and had her make-up done. I got dressed and grabbed my phone out of my hoodie pocket. I had a few messages from Dylan and a missed call from Mom's Cell. Before long we were both ready to leave.Jenn wrote her parents a note stating where the keys to the truck were and why the shed was full of stuff. We both jumped in my car. Considering how Jenns parents had hers and she couldn't take the truck because her dad would need it as soon as he got home.
The school day flew by. I spent my lunch hour visiting teachers. Jenn stayed with me of course. Since she did promise to help me and all. After school was the same thing. We stayed for an hour and a half. It was safe to say the 2 and a half hours had me almost caught up. I recieved a couple big projects that I would have to do on my own. This would be hard but I had faith in myself. We headed for the school student parking lot as I called my aunt.
"Hey, Auntie. Can I come home yet?" I asked with a smile on my face,
"Your sure this is what you want?" She answered with a question. I heard a chuckle come from her.
"Yup, I got my stuff all packed up and waiting in Jenns garage." I said sounding like a complete smartass.
"Well, someone sounds overly happy." She said feeling proud of me.
"Yeah, my new start is going good so far. I stayed at Jenns last night and we had an awesome time!"
"Okay, well." She said trying to arrange a plan. "I don't have a truck so i'm not sure how we are going to get your stuff here."
"I'll get dad's." Jenn whispered, but i'm sure my aunt heard her.
"That sounds good." She said laughing. "I'll see you both in a little bit then."
