Epilogue
2 Years Later
Stephan and Victoria had graduated from school, we're planning on getting married, and getting ready for college next fall. Life had been great since his dad had gone off to jail, he seemed like a happier person, and even the atmosphere around here was nicer.
She woke up feeling a bit sick, Stephan was worried about me, of course. We now lived together in his old house. He found some medicine and gave it to me and she felt a little better for a bit. Victoria was cleaning later on after he went to work and she puked everywhere. She then went to bed feeling really crappy. Later she was woken up by Stephan kissing her on the forehead.
"Hi Girly, are you okay?"
"Yeah, I just threw up earlier and I felt really gross so I took a shower and went to sleep...What time is it?"
"It's six. I just got off work. Are you feeling better now?"
"A little bit. I just feel a little sick."
"Why don't we take you to the doctors?"
"No Stephan, we don't need to, it's probably just the flu or something."
"Who gets the flu in the middle of summer?"
"I do."
"Girly, come on I'm taking you to the doctors."
"Fine." I whined out.
They got in the car and went to the doctors. She almost fell asleep (and threw up) on the way there. Stephan talked to the receptionist lady as she sat in the chair. Victoria waited for my name to be called and then she went in.
They did all the basic tests and then asked me what happened. A little while later one of the nurses came out with a big smile on her face.
"Is everything okay?" Stephan asked, obviously more concerned for my safety than she was for her own.
"Everything's great!" She said then looked over at me, "Looks like you two are going to be having a baby!"
