Chapter 16:Is it Reaper?

Thomas' POV

I didn't do this...that stupid voice in my head is making all of this up!

Chon's POV

  "Can you fix it?" I asked Tim

"It's only the engine" I continued

"An engine that we've shot rockets near many times!" Tim responded

"Don't exaggerate, Tim!"I said

"Since when am I ?" He was going to say something about the engine but he stopped himself. He had only been there trying to fix it and it didn't seem like Al and Bravo were going anywhere soon.

It was time to break the silence by changing the subject. But as I was about to go a bit deeper, asking her how she came to be with Bravo, and for that matter, how she had survived this long without me I stopped myself from talking.

Bravo smiled, something clicking in him too, as he watched the broken engine then looked at Tim.

"Replace that wire with a copper battery," Bravo said

A smile went on Tim's face. A growl type sound filled the room, and he looked back to Bravo, almost surprised. But not quite. He knew that Bravo was a technician too.

"Huh," Tim said

 It wasn't quite the "thank you" he'd expected, but it was better than nothing. "I didn't think that thing could be fixed," Tim said

"You're welcome," Bravo said

'Maybe I won't need to take them technician classes with you here!" Tim stated

"You mean us," Albany said

A pause. The only sound that of the engine humming with new life. It echoed throughout the warehouse

"What?" I said

I was confused.

"I'm staying," Albany said

"You know what Al, so am I." Bravo also stated

"But what about your friends?" I asked

"They'll be fine" Albany stated

"Uhm...Al...it might just be Thomas..." Bravo slowly said

"What?..what do you mean?" Albany asked

"I was awake and Thomas threw Carson off of a cliff...and I think we need to leave him, we can't go back to him. He is insane, I never even planned on staying with him but we can survive with Tim and Chon out here." Bravo said

It was at least ten miles to Thomas's camp, I think. Maybe more. The only reason why we took Albany is that of our leader, he goes by the name of Reaper. He said that we can rule the desert with these two, he said that he would erase Carson and that would make Thomas kill himself, the deed is done and we will forever rule the desert!

Bravo's POV

A mysterious figure walked through the door and introduced himself.

"Hello my people, my name, is Reaper." He said

Thomas' POV

NO...I CAN'T...NO...THIS DOESN'T HAVE TO END LIKE THIS...I CAN JUST FINISH THIS FOREVER...I CAN'T STAY HERE KNOWING WW-WHAT II-I'VE DDD-DONE...HE...HE..HE..I CAN GET MY BLADE...IT'S OVER.

Reaper's POV

Thomas is dead my disciples, we have done what we have needed...now. I shall rule this world with all of my pawns in place the world will crumble at my feet.

"YES MASTER REAPER!" they all chanted in unison
