"Police department?" Felix muttered, Cry's head snapped in that direction. His palms were sweaty, his thoughts screaming in his head. He searched Felix's face to make sure they weren't telling him the truth. Felix looked over at him, Cry's heart was racing.
"You wanna speak with them?" Felix asked, and Cry sighed in relief."Yeah, sure." Cry replies, putting the phone up to his ear and clearing his throat.
"Hello?" He asked, listening to the woman speak on the other end of the phone."Yes, is this Ryan? We would like to have a talk with you down at the police station. Some new evidence has arrived under the 'suicide' of Marzia Bisognin." They told him.
Ryan gripped to his arm, humming in response. "Sure, what time would you like me to come down?" He asked, glancing at Felix who gave a smile.
"As soon as possible, please."

Ryan sighed, looking at Felix and lifting his chin up. He kissed him gently and smiled.
"Fe', I have to go down to the police station alright?" He tilted his head.Felix nodded, he didn't ask anything else. He didn't really like talking about the whole situation. Ryan nodded, getting changed into something more comfortable before leaving for the police station.
In the car, Ryan let his thoughts wander around his head. He did this a lot, which wasn't always the best idea. Sometimes his head would go somewhere dark, and he would find himself smiling. Smiling like a mad man.
But right now, he was thinking about his words. What would they ask him? What information would have been put forward, to make him have to go back?
His fingers drummed against the steering wheel.
"Hmph."
He then thought about what he, himself would say.
A calm, yet worried, sad and intrigued emotion. That's what he needed.
Soon he found himself at the police station, gazing into the building. He took a breath and walked into the first part of the building.
He walked to the front desk, smiling at the lady who sat there."Hello Sir, you must be-"
"Ryan," he stated calmly, nodding. I was called about fifteen minutes ago?" He told her, which made her nod.
"Yes, will you please follow me?" She asked, standing and letting him pass.
They walked down a clean corridor, to a small room. There was a bare table in the middle, two chairs opposite each other, and one side of the room had what seemed to be black glass.
Cry was sure people were watching on the other side.
She gestured to a seat, which he hesitantly sat down in. She smiled and sat in front of him, her hands clasping together on the table.
"Sir, I want you to know that you're not in trouble and that we aren't accusing you of murder. We have no leads or reasons to why you would kill the victim. We just need you, to please look at some evidence and perhaps give us some answers."
Cry nodded, smiling again. "That's a relief, Marzia was a wonderful person... I was thinking about her in the car." He smiles sadly.
She hums. "I understand this is difficult for you, but please look at this."
She slid o over a file, it was a light brown colour, and had one fold at the top of it. In red, marked 'Evidence'.
Cry slowly slid the paper over, looking at the fold before looking back at her. She just gave him a reassuring look, letting him know he could continue.
His fingers slipped under the fold, pulling the paper out.
"Statement by Unknown.
I was walking home, after walking my dogs. I heard screaming, so obviously I looked at where I heard it. I saw a woman, falling with a camera I think. There was a figure behind her, and I'm almost positive she didn't fall on accident. The figure was too close. They didn't see me luckily, but when I heard about the whole case, later on, I considered telling the police. I didn't want to get killed, so I waited it out. "
Cry stared at the paper, reading it one more time before sliding it back.
"I can see why you called me back." He said numbly, putting one leg over the other. "I was rather close to her when she... jumped." He made himself grimace at the word, adding effect.
"I actually almost grabbed her jumper, but... she slipped out of my grasp." He sighed. "I really don't want to go into detail. Please."
The lady scanned his face, humming and writing a few things down.
"Alright, if you would please write a statement here." She hands over a piece of paper with the local police stamp in the top left. "You may do it at home, please, let me show you out."
He gets up, sighing and folding the paper. He walked out of the building, giving his last goodbye.
Ping!
Cry looked down at his phone, seeing the message icon show up.
