-6:30am: My room-

"AHHHHHHHH!" I screamed, shooting up.

I looked around my surroundings; it... it was a dream.

I couldn't help but let out a sigh of relief.

My thoughts were interrupted as I heard a knock on the wooden door to my room.

"Eevee?" A soft voice muffled through the door.

"Co...coming." I managed to reply, slowly getting out of my soft bed and to the door.

I opened the door, and couldn't help but let out a scream.

"AHHHHHHHHHHH!" I shouted, looking at Jake, who apparently was the one who'd knocked on my door.

I couldn't help but run; I know it was a dream, but still.....

"Eevee! What's wrong!?"I heard Jake's worried call from behind.

I looked back to see him following me.

I couldn't help but flinch when I'd bumped into something.

I looked up to see that I had bumped into....Genevieve.

"Are you alright? You seem scared." Genevieve asked in a caring tone, her eyes carefully looking over me.

"Eevee! Where are you going?!" I heard Jake's call.

I gasped, and slowly walked under Genevieve's legs. I hope he doesn't see me.

Genevieve tilted her head in confusion, "What's wrong young one? Are you nervous about the trip? Well, worry not! Shadow delayed the trip; we're actually going a couple days after today, it gives me enough time to make and prepare some medicine we'll need." Genevieve happily chirped, walking back so I wasn't protected.

"Eevee!" I heard Jake yell, as he ran over towards me and Genevieve; his chest heaving from his loss of breath.

I stumbled back when he walked closer.

"Are you okay? Why did you run from me like that?" Jake managed to spit out, coughing as he tried to catch is breath.

I didn't say anything, I didn't want to.

"Genevieve, can I talk you?" I asked, ignoring Jake's question.

"Of course, what is going to be the reason for our discussion?" Genevieve asked curiously, glancing between me and Jake, her head slightly tilting in confusion.

"It's personal." I whispered, glancing over my shoulder to see Jake.

When he saw my face, I could see a look of almost heart break in his eyes; oh no, what have I done?

"Well?" I heard Genevieve's call break me from my thoughts.

I nodded, and followed Genevieve up the slope and past the kitchen area.

She paused in a shadowy area; the same one she appeared out of at the banquet last night!

"This is a short cut towards the healing den, come this way." Genevieve said, motioning her tail inside of the shadow.

I nodded and followed her in.

I was dark, a could hardly see anything, but I felt like I knew where I was going.

"You still there?' I heard Genevieve's call.

"Yes." I replied, squinting my eyes to see if a could spot Genevieve.

I kept moving forward, I couldn't help but feel a chill make my fur tense and a light wind blew through the cave.

"We're here." I heard Genevieve's soft call echo through the cave.
