Chapter 7

-4:30: Bella's cave-

I wake up.
I hear faint cries.
Screams.
Where am I?
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" A women shrieks.
Then I can finally see clearly.
What?
Oh no.
I'm back inside Bella's cave.
There is a pool of blood under my paws.
I see a flare from outside.
I slowly walk to the end of the cave.
The whole Teddiursa clan.
Everything.
Is on fire.
There are flames everywhere.
I don't know what to do.
"Nooooo!" A hear from outside.
I peak from the cave.
There is a female Teddiursa crying.
I slowly walk over to her.
"I...is everything ok?" I manage to say.
She turned towards me.
Her eyes and mouth were stained with blood.
"Oh my gosh! What happened to you?! Are you ok?!" I wail.
"You....they....my child." She mumbled.
I see a limp figure behind her.
I peak over her shoulder.
There is a small Teddiursa laying there.
It looks to be a new born or somewhat close to that age.
There was blood all over it.
"I...I'm so sorry." I say.
"They.. He.. killed her." The women said.
She pointed to the center of the fire.
There was a tall figure, about the size of Shadow, the companion of that crazy man back at my trainer's house.
I slowly walk to the fire.
I see the figure.
I prepare an attack.
I thought of that baby.
That woman.
They wouldn't be where they are now if it wasn't for this monster.
This demon.
I unleashed my anger.
I saw a purple shadow fly.
It flew in front of me and hit the figure.
The figure collapsed.
I walked over to the figure.
It was...
Wait...
What?
The figure was an Espeon.
I see two other figures approach me.
A Vaporeon and a Jolteon.
Misty and Bolt?
No, that's impossible.
"Isabella! You ok?" The Vaporeon whispers, crouching over the Espeon named Isabella.
"Wait...what? What's this doing here?" The Jolteon questioned.
The Vaporeon looked at me.
"What is an Eevee doing here?" The Vaporeon asked, looking at me with its dark blue eyes.
"Take it to Genevieve, she'll know what to do." The Jolteon commanded.
The Vaporeon nodded.
It picked me up and put me in a blue bag.
The Vaporeon out the bag on it's back.
Off we go.

-5:13pm: North from Teddiursas' clan -

The Vaporeon ran through the forest, I can see the smoke from the Teddiursa's clan from over here.
"We....we have an Eevee in our group, I think you two could become friends, his name is Jake." The Vaporeon said.
I kept staring at the smoke in the cloudy sky.
Did all those Teddiursas get to safety?
What about the other eeveelutions?
I snapped back into reality when the Vaporeon came to a stop.
"This as far as I can take you for now." The Vaporeon said.
He turned and took me out of the bag, placing me on the forest floor.
The soft grass seeped into the paws, it was relaxing.
"Stay here." The Vaporeon commanded, walking away for a few minutes.
I lay on the warm grass, the sunlight beating down on my pelt.
"Oh my gosh! Is that you?!" A voice cries in front of me.
I slowly open my eyes and look up.
There was a Teddiursa standing there.
It wasn't the tribe leader.
And I'm pretty sure it's not one of the clan members.
I stay silent.
The Teddiursa walks closer to me.
"Don't you remember? You saved me from Team Rocket and.." He stopped mid sentence when he was struck with an Ice beam.
I turned to see the same Vaporeon that brought me here.
"Don't touch her you forest trash!" He said.
The Teddiursa lay on the floor.
"You should have died in the fire with the other Teddiursas!" The Vaporeon hissed, standing over the weak Teddiursa, preparing another ice beam.
No!
I ran.
Then, I got hit.
I jumped in front of the Teddiursa, just when the Vaporeon did his attack.
The Vaporeon ran to me when I fell.
"Eevee! Are you alright? You shouldn't have jumped in front of me, luckily it's nothing too serious." The Vaporeon said, helping me get up with his muzzle.
I saw the Teddiursa run, I was glad that he didn't get hurt.
"Let's rest here. You're in no condition to travel any further." The Vaporeon said, picking me up and carrying me towards an empty cave.
He layed me down, wrapping his tail around me.
"I know you probably don't want to know this but, my name is James." James awkwardly admitted.
James.
Where have I herd that name before?
Doesn't matter now.
I'm safe.
For now at least.
