Chapter Twenty-Eight

*Violet's POV*

I finally saw a slightly battered red car turn into the road and Lee was in the front of the car with a big smile on his face. He quickly stopped the car just next to me and rushed out before picking me up into a big hug. I hadn't hugged someone in so long I just needed this closure for five minutes, and that's exactly how long we stood there hugging. It was nothing like that, Lee was a good friend but i'm married to Matt. Ah, Matt, I wonder why he couldn't get to the phone earlier.

"Why couldn't Matt talk earler?" I asked Lee as we began driving away. His face suddenly turned dimmer as he stared straight ahead, "Matt's in hospital Violet" he said with a blank expression on his face. Panic hit me as I thought about every thing that could of happened to him whilst I had been away, had he been in an accident? or was he really ill?

"I found him in the bathroom, he was passed out on the floor; unconcious. I picked him up and called the hospital right away and they took him" Lee spoke, it's like he could read my mind. "He took pills Violet, he took pills" he said, not once did he take his eyes off the road ahead but I could see a glisten in his eye which looked like a tear.

I completely froze, I think a serious accident would of been nothing compared to this. I couldn't even speak, hell I couldn't even think straight after being told that. Why in the world would Matt want to do this to himself; and me.

We silently drove to the hospital and I literally couldn't function properly.

*Matt's POV*

I blinked a few times just to confirm I was still actually awake in this shithole of a world. 'fuck' I cursed quietly as I looked around to see I was in a hospital room. "Hey Jordan he's awake!" I heard Matt K shout over to Jordan and they both appeared at my side.

"Matt thank god you're okay!" Jordan said with a big smile on his face, "Why didn't you just leave me in the bathroom for fuck sake" I said a little too violently. I wasn't really angry at them, I was just angry that I was too weak to even end it all.

"Don't be stupid Matt, I wouldn't leave you" Jordan said, it kind of made me feel guilty as fuck but I seriously was questioning "What the hell am I living for?" oops, that was mean't to stay in my head. "The band, the fans and us" Matt K said with sympathy in his voice but also annoyance.

*Violet's POV*

We parked outside the hospital and I didn't think twice before jumping out of Lee's car and racing into the hospital, Lee did eventually catch up with me but I just needed to see Matt so badly. I froze outside the door which the nurse said he was being kept in when I saw him, we made direct eye contact and then I heard him weakly say "Guys, I think i'm seeing things" and he looked around Matt and Jordan at me.

Their faces dropped and I didn't hesitate to sprint into the room and up to Matt dragging him into a hug. I couldn't stop myself from crying but I can gurantee they were happy tears. "Violet, where have you been? I thought you left me" he said through tears of his own. I thought about it for a while, could I really be dealing with all the Oli drama, I mean I know kidnapping is a crime but i'm okay now right?

I didn't really want to tell him where i'd been all this time while he was in this state and besides I had no idea where Oli has even gone. I decided I would play it safe for now and not tell Matt where I was until he's well.

I wiped a few tears away before looking him in the eyes and whispering,

"I would never leave you"

A/N; So, it has ended. I'm sorry for the cheesy ending but I thought it was kinda cute really.
