"Everybody take off your wet clothes, I'll put them in the dryer," Jo announced.

I began to strip off my outermost layers of clothing, setting them on the dining table, as the others did. My jeans had gotten pretty wet from the snow, so I went upstairs to change into different pants.

As I was about leave the room to go back downstairs, Crowley came upstairs and walked towards me.

"I need to talk to you," he told me, stopping in the doorway.

"Go ahead." I nodded.

"You and I have something very important in common," he paused before going on, "Dean Winchester."

"That's true."

"Dean used to be my best friend. I would confide in him and he was the first person I ever came out to. I admired him so much because he was brave and noble and..."

"You had a crush on him," I concluded.

"Yeah, that," he sighed.

"I understand."

"No, you don't." Crowley stopped me from leaving. "I'm not done. I know we were joking around earlier, but I actually think you're really cute."

I blushed at his compliment, staring into his eyes.

"Thank you."

"I think we should date."

"I don't think so," I said blatantly. "I think you're attractive, too, but I'm only staying here for two more days and we don't even go to the same school, so it wouldn't work out."

"Okay, I get it." Crowley nodded in understanding.

"Let's go downstairs."
