Chapter 15

Tessa's POV

It was now the afternoon. I was so tired. I hardly slept the night before. The bed was so stiff and uncomfortable. But what mostly kept me up were my parents. I can't believe I met them.

They were legendary. And they looked like they haven't aged a day. I just wished they could come visit me more often. I know that'll never happen but I mean I never thought I could meet them and look what happened. The best thing in the world.

I sat up slowly. I really wished I could shower. I was in just panties and Hunters button up. This was the only thing making me feel better. His scent.

I felt a wave of nausea hit me and I ran to the toilet that was in the room. I didn't know why I was throwing up. I didn't eat anything yesterday.

It hurt. Because my stomach was empty. I was starving. But I didn't trust Regina to eat her food.

I sat back down on the bed and I heard footsteps getting closer. Regina walked in. She hesitantly got closer and placed a plate of food a few feet in front of me.

"I don't know why you bother. I'm not going to eat it." I tell her.

"Why would I want to harm you. You have something I need. " she tells me.

"I'm still not going to eat." I say.

"You have to. Your going to get weak. And I need you at your strongest." She says.

"Well if that's the case then I'm not going to eat." I say.

"Fine, but you'll regret this." She says. I roll my eyes. I doubt it.

She left the room and the time was moving really slow. I was irritated. When will the time come. I just wanted to get out of here already.

I tried contacting Hunter, but I couldn't. Regina used something too powerful. It literally cut me off. I touched my mark rubbing it gently. I love you Hunter.

I decided to try to get some sleep. I needed to be wide awake when the night came. I have to be at my strongest.

Hunters POV

I woke up really early. We had our battle plan set to go. We just needed to get it into action. I hated waiting but I couldnt just act out. It would ruin everything.

I got my pack ready. They were all in their wolves. We were running there. It was faster than going by car. I had put them into 5 groups of 15 guards. That was more than enough.

I would be leading them. I made sure that there was a car with us and a doctor. Just in case someone got injured They had left before us.

We all split up so we can spread around the land. By the time we got there there would be a few hours till sundown. We had to know if she had anyone with her. We needed more information so I sent the first group.

"Listen up,  I appreciate what you all are doing for your luna. It will not be forgotten. We don't know what's out there. But I want to thank you all for helping . Now let's go get your luna back." I tell them and they all howl.

I shift to my wolf and we run off deep into the forest. I couldn't stop, not once. I had to get there. I've been away from her for too long.

We finally got there around 10 pm. I could definitely smell Regina. But I couldnt smell my mate. Which worried me.

There were about 40 rogues. We outnumbered them. But Regina was powerful. Hopefully she wouldn't get in the way. I wanted to kill her slowly.
