The Alpha Who Saved Me

Chapter 3

Hunters POV

I get outside and I could feel my wolf begging to be let out. To rip all their heads off . I tried to calm down, but I couldn't.

Just remembering her bruised bloody body, it pains me. I should've protected her.

"and we shall forever. But for now let's kill these bastards." My wolf tells me.

I heard Alaric and Eric come out with the girl walking slowly behind them. A few minutes later we were surrounded by some of the pack members.

"Who is this girl?" I yell. No answer.

"Why is she in the cells?" I yell again. No answer.

"If no one answers me I will declare war on this pack." I yell. I was impatient. I was fuming. And these wolves were testing me.

"Tessa, what's going on? Are you okay?" A woman tries running towards her but is stopped by Isaac. So My mates name is Tessa. So beautiful.

"Who are you?" I ask her.

"Alpha, I am Zenna, her helper. I've known her since she was a baby." She says.

"What pack is she from?" I ask her.

"This pack." She says frowning.

"Why is she in the cells?" I ask. I heard a thud and I look back.

"Alpha." Eric says. My mate was on the floor. Blacked out. I ran to her side and I picked her up.

"Where is the pack clinic?" I ask.

"I'll show you Alpha." Zenna says.

I walked as fast as I could. She was so weak and pale. We got to the clinic and I laid her down on one of the beds.

A nurse walked in and helped Zenna get her undressed. They put her in a hospital gown. They put an iv in her and and Zenna started cleaning her wounds.

"Can you  tell me why isn't she healing?" I ask her losing it. She was really hurt.

"She's human Alpha. Can't you tell." She says and I stare at her.

Her body temperature wasn't as hot as ours, her skin was pale compared to our tan skins. Her hair was honey blonde. I've never seen a female with that hair color. She was also short and tiny. Whereas we're all tall and built.

"How is that possible?  She smells like a wolf." I tell her.

"Her parents are wolves. Her siblings are wolves. But she came out human. No one knows why. But she did. A special one at that." She says smiling warmly at her.

"Does her family live here?" I ask her.

"Yes, unfortunately. " she says frowning.

"This is confusing . Why did they put her there?" I ask.

"They were scared if you saw a weak human in the pack, you wouldn't want to be our ally." She said.

"So all this happened because of me." I say.

"Alpha, you may leave now. I can take care of her. Thank you for getting her out." She tells me.

"I'm not going anywhere." I tell her.

"We've already caused you enough trouble." She says.

"I'm staying until she wakes up. Then she's coming with me. Period." I say.

A few hours later we were all in the hospital. My guards were outside guarding Tessa's room. I asked Zenna to leave so I could be alone with my mate.
