What do u do when the music frustrates u rather than sooth? What do u do when walking , running swimming or just sitting still makes u fidget worse rather than banish it? What do u do when hot showers don't return feeling or cold ones sooth the burning ache? What do u do when light makes u want to hide and darkness make u feel like ull never see the light again? What do u do when ruff textures make ur skin crawl and soft ones make u feel like ur not attached to ur body? What do u do when the screams don't come? when the tears don't come? What do u do when everyone wants to help but they can't? What do u do when ur in a empty room with no windows and though u beg to be let go the door doesn't open? What do u do when laughter rips u open a little more instead of healing the wound? When screaming make u want to run and tears leave u to tired to fight? What do u do when the only thing u want to do is curl up in a ball hoping to keep the shadows out yet waiting and hoping for the darkness to finally consume u and for it all to be over?
