chapter 9

Skyee's P.O.V.

We were all sat in the living room, it was getting late and we had class in the morning, I knew it wasnt going to be long before "bedtime" , I was shitting myself.

"well, I'm shattered and you guys have to be up in the morning , I won't keep you up, I'm off to bed" Phil said yawning

"Yeah, I think I might go to bed too, I'm really tired"Shannon said catching Phil's contagious yawn

Phil and Shannon walked out of the living room,

"night guys" I shouted out of the door

"night" Phil and Shannon said in unison

"well, I'm pretty tired too, wanna head to bed?"

" yeah" I said yawning, Dan pulled me of the sofa and gave me a piggy-back to my room.

"I'll be right back" he managed a sleepy smile and turned to his room. He returned a few minutes later with his pjamas on. I opened my door, and my nerves started to kick in. Well, they did before I saw Dan practically leap across the room face first on to my bed. I managed a giggle.

"Don't look ! " I whispered careful not to wake any of the neighbours

Dan put his hands on his face, and fair play, he didn't even peek.  I quickly exchanged my clothes for pjamas, took my makeup off, well, most of it, I couldn't let Dan to see me bare-faced. I climbed into bed with him as he slided his hands around my waist and pulled me in for a kiss, but it didn't last long, Dan pulled away.

"so, big spoon or little spoon?" Dan asked grinning

"little spoon" I smiled back

"its like we're meant to be, I prefer being big spoon" he laughed as he pulled me in to his arms . And just like that he was asleep.I couldn't help feel a little disapointed. I was sleeping with my boyfriend of one month and he hadn't even tried to make a move. I didnt think too much about it, it felt so cosy in Dans arms, it was a matter of minutes before I too, was asleep.

My alarm sounded , I opened one eye and picked up my phone to turn it off. I turned around to see Dan still asleep. I jolted for a second, having forgot he was in my bed. How could he sleep through an alarm that loud? he must be deaf.

I pulled myself out of bed, I couldn't help but thank god Dan didn't wake up when my alarm sounded, I looked a mess, I had time to make myself half-decent before I woke Dan up.

"Daaaan" I whispered softly . He didn't even move.

"Daaaan" I said raisng my voice ever so slightly, rocking him a bit.

"DAN!" I screamed as he jolted awake and pinned himself against the headboard.

"what the hell was that for?" he said rubbing his eyes

"you wouldn't wake up, so I took desperate measures"

Dan moaned as he buried his head in a pillow

"come on , we have to get to class"

"what do you care about class?, you haven't payed attention in class since you got here, you just sit at the back of the class snogging me" Dan laughed,head still buried in the pillow.

"Hey!" I said throwing myself on the bed next to him and punching his arm"anyway good morning" I smiled as I pressed my lips on his. How was he so sexy in the morning? I looked like the rear end of a dog. Dan pulled me closer and I sat on his lap, before I could feel..what the?

"um..Dan?" I said pulling away pointing to his crotch area avoiding eye contact.Trying to contain my laughter.

Dan looked down and immediately turned red

"for fucks sake" he said covering his morning "peek-a-boo" with a pillow, " you're so lucky you're not a guy" he managed a laugh

"its quarter past seven already we have to be in class for eight, you know it takes me forever and a day to get ready" I said as I turned to get off the bed , before Dan pulled on my arm, dragging me back into bed

"it doesn't matter if we're a little late, does it?" he said giving me a pouty face. I bit my lip. Before I felt Dan's lips crash into my own, I wrapped my hands around his neck and he did the same. Everything seemed to slip away.

Just as previously thought,we were late, me and Dan hurried to class and burst through the door. Why is it the whole class stares at you like you've murdered someone  when you're late?

Me and Dan awkwardly headed up the stairs to the back of the class to our regular seats.

The classes passed so slow it was painful. But the bell finally rang for the end of the day as me and Dan held hands and made our way back.

"Where are Shannon and Phil?" Dan asked as we headed back to my room,

"I don't know, I'll check the kitchen" I wandered off into the kitchen, to find it empty, i made my way to the living room before I distinctively recognised Shannon's scream, seconds later Dan came running into the living room, breathing heavily.

"Skyee!" he practically screamed, mouth wide open, smiling at the same time " I just-" he burst into laughter before he could continue " I just walked into my room to leave my bag there and- " he burst out laughing again

"Dan spit it out!!" I yelled at him

" I just walked in on Phil with some girl"

"then why did I hear Shannon's scream?"

Dan raised one of his eyebrows.

"No!!" I said opening my mouth wide in shock , laughing at the same time.

Shannon burst into the room with the duvet wrapped around herself

"Alrighty, so , clearly , we have to talk about what Dan just witnessed" Shannon spoke up, as she patted down her messy hair

Phil walked in a second later in a pair of boxers. He looked at Dan and giggled. Not embarrassed at all. The boys were in hysterics.

" I thought you were the innocent one!" I said looking at Phil

He smiled cheekily in response.

"Well, we had to do something to pass the time while you two were in you're classes" Phil laughed.Shannon punched Phil's arm.

"Get some clothes on, we're off for a starbucks" Dan said as he walked behind me and put his arms around me.

Shannon stormed off. Phil close behind.He looked a bit scared. You could tell who wares the trousers in they're "relationship" or whatever it was....

"Phil" I shouted after him

"yeah?" he poked his head back around the door.

"you're boxers are on the wrong way around" I said avoiding eye-contact and giggling.

And he gave me the same cheeky-smile.
