I'd rather cut myself down first so nobody else can. Because it isn't supposed to hurt anymore when they call you stupid and ugly and fat when you've already been doing the same to yourself.
Except it does.
It hurts even worse.
Because by then you've made yourself believe that you are worthless. And the bully yelling in your face is just a reminder.
