"Peeta!" I shriek as I run towards him, I never get closer as I keep running, He stands still,almost motionless... Forever untouchable.
I shoot up, startling Finnick. "I-I'm sorry... I just had a bad dream..." I explained and Finnick just quietly groaned in annoyance before wrapping his arm around me again as I laid down, I had fallen asleep on the couch, on Finnick last night so I guess he brought me into his room."It's okay, just go back to sleep" Finnick mumbled, now getting comfortable again. I soon fell asleep again in Finnick's hold.
I open my eyes to Finnick's bedroom that is still only illuminated by the moonlight, Finnick is still holding onto me, asleep. I turn around gently so that I face Finnick, I curl into Finnick like this and he holds onto me tighter as I breathe in his scent. "What are you doing Ali?" He mumbled into my forehead."My front got cold I guess, so I turned around so I wasn't cold." I whispered stupidly."You dork." "Hey! g-go back to sleep Youn-Old? man!" I Whisper-yelled, getting confused. He rolled his eyes."Sure, I'm old because I'm three years older than you." I nodded."yes, that's how it works, old man." I laughed slightly. He smirked slightly before letting me cuddle into him and we both fell asleep.
I woke again, this time to a room that is full of sunlight and the smell of Mag's cooking some sort of concoction. I whack Finnick's face as he is holding me in an almost-death hold. "What?" He groaned as I kept hitting him."let me go!" I nearly yelled and he just laughed."what if I say 'No'?" I scowled at his smirking face." I don't know! just let me go, you old man you!" He held me tighter and wouldn't budge. He still had his eyes closed so I leant in and licked his face."Gah!" His eyes shot open and he glared at me."What?" I ask, ever so innocently and he narrowed his eyes before I shot up and ran towards the counters, where Mags had laid out some steaming food
