Chapter Six

Alivia Durrant

He thought he was so funny. The constant jokes he'd play on everyone, and he even started playing tricks on me. He was most definitely a class clown. And I wasn't the only one who thought this was annoying.

I was out of luck with this college business. Because Louis happened to be in almost all of my classes. How unfortunate. I'm guessing he asked the office for my schedule so he could have all the same classes as me. That devil.

"Too short to reach your books?" I jumped as I heard Louis' voice echo from behind me. The richness of his voice always sent chills down my spine.

I turned around and instantly glared. I was trying to prove the point that I hated his guts, "What do you want?"

"You aren't as cool as you think you are, I hope you realize that," He sighed, "Just stay away from me princess, got it?" Actually, you stay away from me.

His words excited me in a way, and I couldn't help but grin, "I'd be happy too. But just to confirm something Tomlinson, I've been staying away from you. You haven't been staying away from me."

"Yeah whatever. I read your story about me," He said calmly, and I widened my eyes.

"What how?"

"I have my ways. Just know that I wasn't trying to piss you off," He bated his eyelashes for no apparent reason, "Although I'm pissing you off right now."

I didn't respond, I rolled my eyes and opened up my blank and boring locker that consisted of nothing but a couple binders. I noticed him lean against the one next to mine, and stare at me blankly, "Your shoes are untied."

"Thanks for reminding me," I gave him constant eye rolls. God, my eyes where getting tired from rolling my eyes so much. Thanks to Louis.

"Well, see you later," He shrugged so casually, and started walking down the opposite direction.

"You fucking-" I stopped, and took a deep breath. About to remind him that he had told me to stay away from him.

I made my way back towards the dorms, wanting to get some rest before my next class, because I was 100% fed up with-eh, you know who.

I unlocked my dorm door, and was relieved to spot my aesthetic bed and adorable black mini fridge. Food and sleep was the absolute only thing I needed in my life. Not boys.

First thing I decided to do was plow myself against the bed, and attempt to open my fridge. Let's just say Astrid wasn't aloud to touch my fridge. Astrid, my gothic roommate loved to play her hard rock music as she slept. She used headphones of course, but I could hear it perfectly and it annoyed me.

Inside of my fridge held a ton of soda, gatorade, chips, and candy. Which was the worst thing possible for me. I liked everything I ate to be cold.

"Alivia!" I jump when I heard the door burst open. In came Astrid, dragging her also gothic boyfriend behind her.

"What?" I groaned, "You scared the living shit out of me."

"Calen is bringing his best friend over here," She yawned, and pushed him against her bed harshly.

"Is he hot?" I laughed at my own comment. Hoping it was some dreamy Prince Charming who treated me with respect. The complete opposite of Louis Tomlinson.

"I don't know. He didn't specify which friend," She said between their kissing, when she could've just asked for the bastards name.

Of course the dweeb who entered our dorm was Louis. How unfortunate! And I could tell that he planned it all, just to see me.

"Are you serious?" I basically yelled at the sight of the grinning demon. His quiff sticking straight up, causing my eyes to twitch.

"Alivia? I had no clue you where Astrid's roommate," He gave me a fake laugh, "That's very unfortunate."

"Yeah, how crazy," I growled, and pulled out my laptop. Ready to continue writing my very interesting novel that basically consisted of the world I always dreamed of having.

Astrid and Calen—or whatever the hell his name was. Where kissing, kissing roughly almost to the point of sex. And that left Louis and I, awkwardly ignoring each other and them.

"So Alivia, how's was your day?" Louis asked with a smile, seeming nicer than he usually did.

"You saw me five minutes ago. And if I remember correctly, you told me to stay away from you," I pointed out, "Just leave me alone, I'm not interested in you."

"Jeez," He defensively raised his eyebrow, "If you where more cooperative, we could be having fun like them right now."

His comment disrupted me, making me feel sick to my stomach that he would even think of something as disturbing as that. Yet again, he was Louis Tomlinson.

"I want you out now!" I yelled loudly, and he jolts backwards. My yell was loud enough to snap Astrid out of her crazy sex life.

"Louis? Dammit Calen, you brought this asshole," I heard Astrid utter, as Louis defensively gave me mean looks.

"Babe settle-"

"I'm not your babe!" I began hitting him with pillows, and Astrid and her dweeb boyfriend started to kiss again, ignoring our feud.

"Okay, okay," He backed away slowly, "I'll stop Liv. I just can't seem to stay away from you."

"I'm fucking warning you! Get out or I'll stab you!"

"Okay Calen, I can't have a make out session and listen to these two idiots fight," Astrid slid off of her bed and walked towards us, folding her arms, "So I see. You two don't see how prefect you are for each other."

"What are you talking about? I hate him!" I fired back at her, but she shushed me.

"I'm just saying. If Louis wasn't such a dick, I could see you two working out," It frustrated me how off topic she was. And I continued to push Louis out of the dorm.

"Please just leave Louis. That's all I ask."

"I never meant to harm you love," He tried to be sentimental, but I wasn't buying it.

"I need to sleep. And because of you, I'm already late to my next class. Which means I have to stay here," My voice cracked as I almost cried, "I don't want to be around anyone right now!"

"Alivia," Astrid tried to cut in, but I interrupted her.

"I don't want to listen to you make out with your dumb boyfriend either Astrid!"

"I understand," She finally nodded her head in agreement, "I might not completely like you Alivia. But I respect you. So Calen, let's go make out at your dorm."

She grabbed Calen's hand and they skipped properly out of the door. That left Louis and I standing face to face. Him on the opposite side of the door.

"I never meant for it to come to this," He licked his lips and looked down at his feet, "I honestly don't know what's wrong with me."

"You need a reality check," I muttered, "Goodnight Louis."
