Alivia Durrant

I woke up to the smell of coffee, and the sweet chirping of fellow birds outside of my window. As soon as I opened my eyes, I could see the fog spreading outside, as well as the ice cold snow. What a glorious sight if I may add.

"Alivia," I turn to my left and spot Astrid lying down sideways, "Is it Saturday? Please tell me it's Saturday."

I check the date on my phone, and smile, "Yes Astrid, it's Saturday."

"Yes!" she cheers, before shoving the pillow over her face and falling back asleep. I on the other hand, had some shopping I had to do. So I hop out of bed and strut towards the bathroom.

After taking care of my business, I pick out an outfit from my smudged closet. Which happened to be a striped, long sleeved crop top, and high waisted jeans. Before exiting the door, I grabbed a granola bar that was hidden beneath the bed, just so a certain someone wouldn't steal any.

"Hey," I jolted backwards, as I saw Louis standing tall at my doorstep. He most definitely had a hang over.

"Don't scare me like that," I rolled my eyes, trying to pull myself together as I walked down the icy pathway, my furry jacket nearly covering my face.

"Sorry, I brought you coffee. I feel really bad for making a scene the other night," he sounds fragile, as he tried his hardest to stay upon my shoulder.

"Uh, it's fine. But I have a lot to do today."

"Can I help you?"

"My dad sent me a check to buy some clothes for my birthday, and groceries," I exclaimed, "If you want to come with me, I guess you could."

"Alright," he stuck a cigarette between his lips and strutted beside me. I guess a thing I didn't necessarily love about him, was his constant cocky attitude. Sometimes it was completely adorable, other times it was annoying.

We walked through campus, and it really annoyed me how he'd stop between each girl he knew and flirt with them. I'd just keep walking, knowing the girls were giving me dirty looks.
