Alivia Durrant

I gazed into the foggy bathroom mirror, feeling the cold breeze of air swaying past me and causing me to shiver. It had been an entire week, and I was finally starting to feel better. I also was able to finish my favorite TV Series, Orange Is The New Black, and The Vampire Diaries. And I must say, they where both really amazing.

My dark hair sat, drenched on my shoulder and  I noticed the mascara running down my cheeks. I let the towel fall from my hands as I examined every inch of my body. I had never felt so insecure. The way my hips stood out as well as my ass, was enough for me to feel awful about myself.

"Alivia?" I heard Louis holler from outside of the bathroom door. He hadn't left my side, and Astrid surprisingly had kept her distance, staying the entire week at of her friend Millie's dorm.

"Uh, yes?"

"Are you almost done?" His voice was bold, and the slightest bit panicked.

"Yeah is everything okay?" I coughed, and began soaking the water out of my hair with a small blue towel that sat on top of the counter.

"Yeah, I'm just bored."

"Okay, well I'll be out in a second," I grabbed my robe off of the towel rack and wrapped it around myself, opening the bathroom door and walking out.

There he stood, leaning against the wall and pretending to read a magazine. I loved the way his eyes would gaze up at me in a such, dramatic way. It gave me hope each time— knowing that what we had, wasn't a fantasy.

"Hi," I chuckled, smiling at him as I approached my bed, "Do you mind if I change right here?"

"No, not all," He said in a surprised tone, seeming oddly excited to see me get dressed, "My sister Lottie is having a huge party tonight, would you like to come with me?"

"Uh sure, how come?"

"Trust me. It'll be very fun."

My robe fell from my body, until reaching my ankles. It was odd how comfortable it felt being naked around Louis. Of course I wasn't about to let him touch me. This kind of gave me more power.

"I'd love to come with you. I haven't left my dorm in ages it feels like," I grabbed a long black T-Shirt that had the word 'Babe' written on it, then I collapsed on my bed, my laptop in hand.

"Ah no, do I have to pretend to listen to you ask me questions about your novel? I might be taking a writing class, but it's obvious you know more than I do."

I let out a deep sigh, "I thought you enjoyed giving me advice, or hearing me talk to myself."

"I mean, you're the cutest girl I've ever met. And I like watching you bite your lip out of concentration. But the questions can get annoying."

"Okay.." I rolled my eyes and sunk deeper into my bed, "I'll just keep my thoughts to myself for now on."

"Unless it has do with sex, or me."

I sent him a steamy glare, and began typing.

His grey eyes tormented mine, letting off an uneasy vibe. The coffee shops became silent, and I immediately looked away from the grey eyed boy who continued to look my way.
"Jane?" Jess pronounces, her eyes fraying his direction.
     "Yes?"
"Is everyone okay? Is that guy bothering you?" Her expression turns cold, our gaze turning into a very serious matter.
"Yes.. I'm just confused that's all."
I gather my books, shoving them into my very frigid back pack. Jess followed after me, and I made the commitment to walk past this boy.
"Jane," The boy says, and I stood still, "Jane Rivers."
"Excuse me?" I wondered how he knew my name, it was quite strange, and mysterious.
"Sorry for not introducing myself, I'm Dakota Faith. You're the girl from my dreams."
This man was in fact crazy, dreaming about me had to be an inside joke. "I'm still not understanding," I held my breath.
"Jane Rivers. The girl who appears in my dream ever single night as my soulmate. She has long dark hair and hazel eyes. Just like you my dear."
Maybe it was the way his eyes sparkled in the sunlight that convinced me of his well being. "You've dreamt of me?"
"I know it sounds crazy, but it's true."
I began walking towards the entrance, but as excepted his hand met my arm in a quick manner. "Believe me. I may seem like a creepy guy, but I've been searching for you my entire life."
"See, that makes things even creepier," I signified, "If you're trying to hook up with me, this isn't the way to do it."
"Jane. Settle down."
"No, I have no idea who you are."
"You love the brownie shop around the corner, let me take you to it and we'll talk more," He stood from the chair.
"How did you know?"
"I told you Jane. You're my soulmate, and it was my destiny to find you."
