Brair's P.O.V.
"Come on! This has to work!" I pray.
Chase had taken the jem, melted it down with special powder and added a green liquid. After a lot of stirring the potion was ready for Darling. Now we were all waiting for Chase to put it on Darling. He slowly poured the blue dust on Darling. It shimmered as it fell. We all waited in silence. Nothing. My eyes started to water. It didn't work. Everyone stared at the ground, unsure of what to do.
"Poor Darling," I heard Raven mumble.
"Wait!" I shook away my tears and shouted, "Chase! You have to kiss her!"
How could I have been so stupid. The cure for many curses is a kiss!
Everyone turned to look at Chase.
"I don't know. Don't only true loves kiss break the curse?" Chase ask.
"Anything is worth a try." Ashlyn added.
"Okay." Chase stood up straight and paused before leaning over Darling, and kissing her.
Darling's P.O.V.
This world is so different. Things are flying are and everything is wacky and fun. I realize that it's just my dream though. But how could a dream feel so real. Am I under a curse? I wonder to myself. I pricked my finger on a spinning wheel and then I saw Chase and then.... lights out! A spinning wheel flys by me and then suddenly Chase dose.
"What's happening? Where am I?" I shout out. My questions just echo around, and around.
Suddenly I fall down a hole and I see Chase. He smiles at me. I run to him.
"I love you Chase!" I tell him.
"I know." He hugs me. "And I love you too."
His lips crash onto mine and we kiss. It's passionate and I feel safe with him. This kiss feels special. Different from the first one. Better. Every second I fall more in love with him. Chase runs his hands threw my hair. We pull away for air then kiss again and again.
Chase's P.O.V.
"So?" Ashlyn ask.
I pull away from Darling. I felt something. Something special. This kiss was better then the first one. When my lips touched Darling's my mind was transported to a room. Darling ran to me. We kissed and kissed. But suddenly...
Darling's P.O.V.
All of a sudden Chase pulled away. It looked like something was grabbing him.
"Chase!" I yelled I ran to him, but found myself trapped in a cage. I reached my hand out through the bars and tried to grab him. "Chase!"
"Darling!" Chase disappeared.
"Uhhhhhhh!" I shouted. I was mad, but also smart. I easily broke out of the cage, with one kick. That's when it hit me. I was the one trapping myself in my mind. That meant I could escape.
Chase's P.O.V.
Suddenly I was pulled away from Darling.
"Chase!" She cried out. She tried running to me, but ended up trapped in a cage. I could see tears in her eyes. "Chase!"
"Darling!" I shouted as I was transported back to Wonderland.
Everyone was staring at me.
"Nothing." I sadly said.
Most of the group cried. Brair, Bunny and Ashlyn especially. Courtley just stared at the ground sadly as did Alister and Poppy. Hunter tried calming Ashlyn down, but it only made him sadder. I let a few tears fall from my checks . At least I know she loves me. We gave her a proper goodbye. And then we did what we had to do. We left her.
"Goodbye Darling." I kissed her check. "I'll miss you forever after."
Then we set off to find a way home, leaving Darling behind.
Normal P.O.V.
"Huh!" A girl with white and light blue hair pops her head out of a glass coffin and gasps for breath. She looks into the empty horizon. "Perfect!"
