Kieran’s POV

I opened my eyes slowly to see my room; not exactly my room the one Cornelia forced me into a few days ago. In different circumstances I’d love to stay in a room like this. The big room with its size of a normal house was magnificent in the literal sense of the word. All the door and window frames as well as huge paintings hanging on the white washed walls were framed in gold leaf. And the king sized bed was large enough for ten people to sleep at once without strangling and crashing each other.

Okay, I’m just trying to cool myself. The room might be strikingly beautiful but where is the most important items that should be in a luxury bedroom like this. A television, or at least a laptop, hello.

May be castles build in 1200’s are not connected to World Wide Web. It’s something to be expected right. But I’ll practically die if I try to live through another day without ESPN or HBO.

The room, oh wait rooms, the damned thing had its own bathroom with a huge Jacuzzi tub and a walk in closet about half the size of my loft. The first time I walked in to it my eye globes dropped and rolled on the ground when I saw all it's racks filed with my cloths.

Some vampire had broken in to my personal head quarters and cleaned it with all my things. Everything I’ll ever want that was in my loft had inserted in to this classy room. All  my old high school football jerseys, Megan Fox posters and even the tooth brush I was using were here . I’ll have to rent a trailer when I’m finally fleeing  from this place. What bothered me most was how they managed to get all those stuff away under my dad’s big nose.

Hanging on the left wall of the room was a picture of a young girl in a flawing white dress. They might have put it in this room as it suit the color formation coz I saw a hand full of much more beautiful woman in this house /castle in past two weeks alone.

And why does she crawl into my every thought. If I said SHE is the first thought I have in the morning and the last I have before closing my eyes at night, I won’t even be exaggerating. Yeah, the situation is that bad. When I keep thinking about this room I couldn’t stop myself from wondering how her bedroom might look like, and how it will feel like to make love to her on this bed.  Boy, am I smitten.

And whenever I think about her, my thoughts shift on their own accord to her blood. Her vampire blood. What’s happening to me? Her blood tasted so much different than I’d expected blood to taste. It tasted like her, the best chocolate and whipped-cream dessert, flavored with exotic spices. There it goes again.

I feel like I did something really, really embarrassing today but can’t remember it now.  Gosh I’m soooooo messed up.

Please don’t let it be something stupid as what Drew did in our ninth grade Algebra class room. Nah, I’m not going to tell you what he did, we made a blood promise never to spill a word ever to anyone about it. Keeping promises was always my weakness as well as my peril as SHE proved it a few weeks ago.

“Kieran, hey Bro look here.’’ Talk of the devil, I almost fall from the bed when Drew’s voice blast in to the bubble of my Fantasies.

I recognized the guy that was standing near the huge hearth as my one true friend the very first moment I hear his voice. And the sheer happiness of seeing him after a long time prevented me for few seconds to understand how unusual for him to suddenly appear in this place.

“Wha………..the hell.  Drew? What are you doing here, and how? “ Whoa, my voice sounded abstrusely like I was trying to talk through a pipe.

He raised a hand to stop me when I moved closer to get him in to a boy hug.

“I’m just an apparition, so you can’t touch me. “
