Chapter 29

Annabeth
The prophecy didn't make sense. Something about a baby bring born and nine people doing something, I just don't understand. Percy wanted to get another ultra sound to see maybe one of the babies survived. I highly doubt it though, that doesn't seem possible but who knows. Not many people know about, or believe in the Olympians. I was still laying on my bed crying when Percy burst through the door saying "Annabeth you aren't gonna be happy." I lifted my head slightly "what?" I said more quiet then I intended. I hated myself for being like this, I'm Annabeth Jackson, the person everyone thought was unbreakable, but apparently she is. "We got summoned to Olympus..." I sighed "for when?" "Now."

When we arrived at Olympus I was happy (sort of) to see the rest of the seven and Nico and Thalia waiting as well. Piper pulled me aside and said "how you doing honey?" I burst into tears again and she hugged me. As if on queue Percy was at my side rubbing my back and telling me it's gonna be okay, but I knew it wasn't. What if I was never able to have children? I took a breathe of air and calmed down so I could see the gods. When we entered, everyone was sitting on their throne. I saw Hera and immediately burst into tears again. Percy was hugging me and I realized, I need to get it together. Crying is a weakness and I can't let her win. So I gathered my dignity and stood up a little straighter. I looked at everyone and prepared for whatever was coming, good or bad. "Hello," Zeus started "we have called you to this meeting to discuss a very important matter, your reward." "What reward?" Jason asked. "For fighting Gaea." "What? That was five years ago!" Percy spoke up. "Yes but since Annabeth lost her memory we had to delay and then we wanted to wait until after your wedding so you weren't as stressed about what we were going to give you." We all had confused looks on their faces including me. After a few moments, Zeus started talking again "Percy Jackson the last time you were offered immortality you turned it down for Annabeth. This time we are offering all of you immortality," My jaw dropped. "You are going to be watched for the next two months and tested at the end of the two month period we will gather you here again and tell you what you will be the god or goddess of, for now we will grant you one wish, it can be anything and we will grant it no matter what." "Can Percy and I consult?" I asked. Zeus nodded and I turned to him and whispered as quietly as i could. "I am going to ask for one of our children back. What are you going to ask?" "Our marriage not to be tampered with by anyone, or a lifetime supply of all blue food. I couldn't decide." I barely contained myself from rolling my eyes when he said that. "Go with the first thing, if Hera can mess with my pregnancy, she can mess with our marriage." He nodded and we got back in our line. Percy and I were last so the anticipation was really hard to bare. Thalia was first "I ask for unlimited amounts of arrows." We blinked and on her was a new silver quiver filled with arrows. Then it was Hazel "I ask that my curse is gone. Though I would still have the ability to pull gems and precious metals." Then it was Frank "I wish for my mother back." All of a sudden a beautiful Asian woman appeared and she was smiling. Then it was piper "I ask that you will stop the dreams." What dreams? He nodded and then it was Jason's turn. "Father, I ask for good vision." I almost laughed out loud at that, Jason wore glasses and hated them. Then Leo "o ask that my children will grow up healthy and happy." Then it was Nico "please give me all of the memories from before my mother died." Then it was Percy "I ask for my marriage or my family to never be badly tampered." Zeus nodded and Hera started frowning. Lastly it was me "I ask for one of my children back, as you know I lost all three and all I ask is for one." Zeus nodded again and Heras frown deepened. All of a sudden I felt something in my abdomen and looked down to see my stomach had grown. Zeus started talking "you have been returned to the point in which you miscarried, so about four months?" I turned and hugged Percy. We both had tears in our eyes and I could tell we were both overjoyed and overflowing with love for each other and this baby.
