Today's the day of bens banishment, and I'm still not talking to newt, we barely know each other but I just want to talk to him agai- "Y/N!!!" "Huh!" "I've been saying your name for three minutes ya shuck face!" Gotta be Minho "ok, what do you want?" "It's Ben, albys decided to banish him, we all have to go and watch" "oh" "yup, c'mon" I felt kinda bad for Ben, it wasn't his fault he attacked me, he'd just been stung. I felt like someone was staring at me, I turned and sure enough, newt was, right when he saw that I caught him staring, he blushed and turned back around, making me blush, grrrr, WHY DO I FEEL THIS WAY AROUND HIM?!?! "For attacking (y/n), you will be banished and sent to the maze" "NO! ITS ALL HER FAULT AND THOMAS!" "Surround him!" Shouted alby, they started pushing Ben in- "NO" was the last thing I heard from him after the maze walls closed. "Back to work!" Shouted alby. Everyone went back to their posts, this was my time to apologize to newt for storming off.
Newts pov
I was staring at her when she caught me staring, I blushed and turned around hoping she didn't see it. After the banishment, we all went back to our jobs I couldn't find a way to make my outburst up to her, so I'll give her a flower and apologize, here she comes.
(Y/n) pov
"H-hi newt" I said, "hey (y/n)" "look, I'm sorry for storming off like that when you said I couldn't be a runner, and snatching my hand away from yours when you asked if I was okay" I said blushing and turning away from him, at first, no response, but then "I'm sorry too" surprised, I looked back up at him "I acted like a bloody jerk to you when you told me something that was hard to admit" he said, handing me a beautiful (r/c) rose, I smiled and said "apology accepted" kissing him on the cheek making him blush which makes me blush and laugh. I'm glad we're talking again.
