++:Get Up And Fall
"No!" Chesca shouted as soon as she realized exactly what they are walking into. She can't believe she had been too preoccupied to notice it earlier.
"Wha-?" Gale gave her an arch look, but his face quickly morphed to that of a panicked one. He let out a squeak as a piece of tight thick rope wrapped around his ankles and wrists.
On the other hand, Jay cried out in shock as he saw a sharp axe fall from the tree straight through Julia. He rushed in for the save and fortunately got in time to get her out of the way. For once losing her calm demeanor, Julia scowled.
"Cheap dirty bastards." she cursed as she stood up to fight.
Gale and En dangled upside down as their wrists and ankles were bounded in a tree. Both of them struggled to weaken the ropes butto no avail, the ropes are set to be hell-bent.
Five people emerged from behind four different streets. They let out a mocking laugh as they saw what their cheap tricks did. They're lined in a straight line, jeering. Only the smallest one, Avilox, was poised to attack. She was by far the most intelligent of her group and she knows how dangerous Gale's group can be.
"I thought this group was the most dangerous, Avilox?" Wenceslao, a tall skinny man, asked Avilox. He was grinning, clearly underestimating Julia, Jay and Chesca.
"Fool," Avilox said in a scratchy voice.
"Talk no more." Julia half-snarled. And then she created a big ball of water that encased two enemies. At first they struggled but having no oxygen present, they collapsed. After losing consciousness, Julia withdrew the water jails and bound the two with her thick vines on a nearby tree.
Jay lunged on Wenceslao and fist fought with him. Ocassionally, he would deflect his enemy's fire shots and attack with his own element. Sidestepping, he aimed for Wenceslao's waist. Wenceslao cried out in pain and cringed at the sight of blood soaking on his black turtleneck shirt. Jay hit his head hard and Wenceslao fell limp on the ground. A second later, he was tightly bound on a tree, hanging upside down.
Chesca, not even allowing for her opponent to attack, summoned a small cave and shut it close with a big boulder as soon as Sareey is inside. Sareey, her opponent, was trapped inside since Chesca held the boulder in place and made sure that the only means of escape is to get it from outside.
Which Julia made sure that won't happen. She gripped Avilox' neck. Avilox threw an odd shaped material and it grew into a big sharp blade. Deeply cutting Julia on the cheek, she had no choice but to step back. From behind, Chesca held Avilox' feet with gnarled roots and Jay climbed onto his back to bind her hands. Having all the opening Julia could get she angrily mummified Avilox with a long string of plant life.
Chesca grabbed a cream from her bag and ran to Julia. Julia dropped to her knees, feeling weak. She scooped her cheeks up and tried to stop it from bleeding, but find out that she can't because of using too much energy.
Being Julia Yma's daughter, she has the power to heal. But also having his grandfather, Lord Yma's blood inside her,she can only heal herself. Selfish ability and it also proved to be worthless in times of need.
"Jay. Help Gale and En," she ordered in a whisper.
"On it," Jay replied, not bothering to be annoyed at the struggling Gale he is trying to help. After undoing Gale's binds, he let him fall and caught him using a water plate. He ended up being sprawled unceremoniously over it and Jay, smiling, let him down a half meter away from the ground.
