Askew askew, the room, the room
Glass everywhere, cracks oh why?
Jewelry missing, cards they're gone
All moved, all is wrong.
Destruction, shattered
Go away, go away
Don't touch, don't contaminate
Askew, askew, the room, room
AN:
The poem as promised, as you may have noticed I merged the chapter and deleted the previous author's note
If you did not read it before I deleted it, here is the note so you can catch up:
Sorry I know disappointing I haven't written a poem. I'll write one later about this. Although my mind is a mess and I can't think straight right now. We came home late from my sister's back to school night to find our house had been broken into, ransacked, the entire place was a mess. The only room's in the house that I saw that appeared untouched (but may have been barely altered) were my own room and my bathroom. Nothing appeared to be missing but everything appeared destroyed. Especially my mom and my sister's room. I was supposed to be at my mom's but now I'm at my dad's because of the house, and tomorrow night my mom, my sister, and I are spending the night at our grandparents house. And we probably will be until the house especially the broken window in the living room is fixed. Well I'm a mess. Hope your lives are going better.
Love ya,
Angel
PS
I didn't really wanna include any pictures of the house because there are a lot of people in them who I'd have to blur out for privacy sake. So instead there's a vague picture of the officers on my street. My house is not in view, they were parked a view houses down.
