Close, yet distant friend. I will never forget you to the end. I loved you before, not anymore, but you still mean to me than others much much more. I'll always be there just give me a call, I miss the summer before the 8th, always remember, engraved in my mind. We've confided in one another, during past times. I trust you forever, You are my friend. The thing which I wish not to lack. Happy Bday, always have your back.

This is a little overdue, but Happy Birthday to my friend "Peter" (not real name, it is an obnoxious nickname though). Peter is not a member of wattpad, but I had to write a poem for his birthday which was back on July 31. Although we don't talk as much as we used to, when we were close, he was one of the best friends I ever had, which I will never forget. And I will always appreciate, and as such I will always be willing to be there if he calls. So thanks for reading this poem which I have dedicated to him. Happy Birthday Peter!
