Dean's POV
Cas walks back inside my apartment.

"Hey, where did Castiel go?" I ask him.

"He had to do something. You know, being an Angel and all." He said.

I nodded.

"Hey, do you mind if I spend the night here? You know, just to make sure nothing happens to you." He asks me.

"Yeah, that's no problem." I said to him.

"Thanks. Listen, I have run out again to get my car from Sarah's house but I'll be back soon." He said before heading out of my apartment door.

"Ok." I said even though he had already walked out of my apartment.

~30 minutes later~
Cas walks back into my apartment and he had a bag in his hand.

"So, what do you want to do?" He asked me.

"I don't know, I'm kind of tired. Plus, I have to work in the morning. Sorry, Cas. Maybe if I get off of work early, we can hang out together." I said.

"Why don't you just call in sick?" He said.

"I can't do that. I need to make the money to pay for this apartment." I said.

Then, I remembered that the rent is due tomorrow.

I pick up my phone and call my boss.

"One minute, Cas." I said.

He nodded. I went into my room and closed the door.

"Hello?" I heard my boss say on the other line.

"Hey boss, listen, would it be ok if I didn't come in tomorrow?" I asked him.

"Is there something wrong?" He asked.

"No, it's just that I have a lot to do tomorrow and I just need a day to do all those things." I said.

"Sure, it's no problem. I understand. See you on Tuesday, Dean. Bye." He said.

"Thank you, boss. Bye." I said and hung up.

I put my phone in my pocket and walked out of my room.

I sat Cas sitting on the couch.

"So, I just spoke to my boss. I asked him if it was ok if I didn't go in tomorrow and he said it was ok." I informed Cas.

"That's great." He said with a smile.

"Yeah but, we're probably not going to be able to hang out tomorrow. I have a lot of things I have to do. But, if we do find time, we'll definitely hang out." I said.

"That's fine with me." He said with a smile.

"Hey, do you want a beer?" I asked him.

"A beer sounds good. Thanks." He said.

"Yup." I said and went into the kitchen to get us both beers.

I grabbed two beers, opened both of them with a bottle opener, and went back into the living room. I handed Cas a beer and thanked me. We took a sip of our beers.

"Do you want to play a game?" I asked him.

"What game?" He asked.

"Maybe, would you rather?" I suggested.

"Sure, but you go first." He said.

"Alright, would you rather live in Paris or Italy?" I asked him.

"Hm, that's a tough one. I would probably have to go with Paris. It's got the Eiffel Tower. You can't beat that." He said.

"Good point. I guess I would choose Paris as well. Ok, now it's your turn." I said.
