Cas' POV
Once Dean had said he was full I took the bowl, washed it, and put it in the dishwasher. As I was putting the dish in the dishwasher I noticed that I still had on my wedding ring. I put the dish in the dishwasher and closed the door to it.

I looked down at my wedding again and was deciding if I really should take it off. I mean, I've kept it on for a really long time and I didn't want to take the ring off now. But then on the other hand, I was in love with Dean and Sarah was my ex-wife.

I slowly started sliding the ring off my finger but then put it back on. For some reason I just wasn't ready to let go.

I shook my head and looked back up at Dean. He had fallen asleep on the couch.

I walked over to him and sat down on the chair in front of him. He looked so peaceful while he was sleeping. His chest rising up and down with ever breath he took.

I looked down at my ring again and slowly slid it off my finger. I then put the ring in the front pocket of my pants.

I didn't love Sarah anymore. I was in love with Dean now.

I smiled as I watched him sleep. It was nice to watch him sleep.

{2:30 in the afternoon}
Dean had woken up and gotten frightened by me watching him.

"Cas, please don't do that. It's creepy." He said starting to sit up.

"Sorry, I just found it peaceful." I said.

He didn't say anything but he just looked at me. We looked at each other for a few minutes before he cleared his throat.

"Sorry." He said.

I nodded. "I'll go get you some medicine for your throat." I said getting up.

I walked into the kitchen and got him some ibuprofen. I got him two pills and a cup of water. Once I had given him the pills and water, I got him some tea. I got him tea while I was at the store. I gave the cup of tea to Dean and warned him that it was hot.

He nodded and blew on the tea. He put it on the table in front of him.

"Cas, I'm really thankful that came over here just to take care of me while I'm sick. I'm really lucky to have you as a friend." He said.

"It's no problem at all, Dean. I was glad to do it. I think I'm going to spend the night here just so that if need anything, I'll be here. Is that ok with you, Dean?" I asked him.

"Yeah, that's fine. Thanks, Cas." He said.

"You're welcome." I said.

Dean's POV
Cas is staying over? That's great. But wait, what about his son and ex-wife?

"Wait, are you sure your son and ex-wife are going to be ok?" I asked him.

"I'm sure they will be. I'll call Sarah right now." He said.

I nodded and he got up from the chair that he was sitting in.

"One minute, Dean?" He said.

I nodded and he walked out of my apartment.

I sighed and waited for him to come back in. I picked up the cup of tea and took a sip. It was still a little hot but not enough for me to burn my tongue.

Cas walked back in and tells me that he settled it.

I nodded and took another sip of tea. It tasted pretty good. I think it was just regular tea but it still tastes pretty good.

Cas walked over to me and I noticed that he didn't have his wedding ring on anymore. I wanted to ask him why he took it off but decided not to. He sat down next to me on the couch.
