~A week later~
Dean's POV
I open my eyes but the light shining through the window burns my eyes. I try to get up but every bone in my body aches. I cry out in pain. I hear the door open and Cas comes into the room. He kneels beside me.

"Cas, what happened? How long have I been you?" I ask in a confused voice.

I was so confused right now.

"Well, before you blacked out you told me to turn you and I did. It was hard for me to do but I had to do it. Now, you're a vampire." He explained.

He got up from where he was and he closed the blinds on the windows.

"Thanks." I said to him with a smile.

"You're welcome. I remember the first time being a vampires as well. My eyes burned, everything hurt so much, I was in excruciating pain, and everything felt so different." He continued.

"When will the hunger start?" I asked him.

"For some vampires that had just gotten turned, their hunger came as soon as an hour to 3 or4 hours. It just depends on the kind of vampire. I'm guessing you hunger will start in an hour. Bryan's hunger didn't start for 4 hours being turned and mine, my hunger started an hour I had gotten turned." He explained.

"D-do I have wings like you?" I asked.

"Does your back feel any different?" He asked me.

"I'm not sure. Everything is in excruciating pain right now." I told him.

"Wait here, Dean. I'll be back." He told me and rushed out of the room. I heard the front door open and close.

Cas' POV
"Castiel?" I call out. He appears in front of me.

"Hello Cas." He says.

"Castiel, I need an empty container. Quickly." I said in a rush and he disappeared.

He reappeared and had an empty container in his hands. He handed it to me and I thanked him. He nodded and disappeared again.

I looked around for a deer. I saw a deer, ran towards it, and started emptying it's blood into the container.

The deer dropped dead, I put the lid back on the container, and ran back home at super speed. I opened and closed the front door. I went into the room where Dean was and I gave him the container of blood.

"If you don't drink this now, you will have trouble controlling your hunger later on when it actually does come." I explained to Dean.

He nodded and I undid the cap before handing it to Dean. He started drinking it and he almost threw up a couple times but managed to get it down. He had drank the whole container and gave it back to me.

~another week later~
"YOU FUCKING BASTARD! HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO MY BROTHER. BECAUSE OF YOU, NOW ALL HE WANTS IS BLOOD! GOD, I FUCKING HATE YOU, CASTIEL!" Sam yelled in my face.

"It was the only way I could save him. He was dying and he actually wanted this. He told me to turn him many times before but I never did because I couldn't do it. But, losing Dean, that wasn't an option. He told me to turn him and I did." I explained myself to Sam.

Dean wasn't me. He was at my house and Castiel was watching over him.

"JUST GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HOUSE!" He yells at me.

I nod and leave his house.
