Why, Just why?

Chapter 1

Beep Beep, Beep Beep

I groan as I lifted my arm up to shut my loud alarm clock off. I woke up at 5:30 AM so I had enough time to take a shower.

I walk out of my bedroom and go into my bathroom and start the shower up. 20 minutes later I get out of the shower and rush back to my bedroom and pick out my outfit that I was going to wear.

I pulled out a white long sleeve T- shirt with a beautiful design on it that really stood out, I put some black skinny jeans on and slip on my black boots that looked really cute. I get out of my bedroom and it was already 6:00.

I go into my bathroom again and I pull out my makeup bag then get out some mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, and some foundation. I try to go light on my makeup when I wear it so I don't look really pale or to try and look like a whore like most girls in my school. I brush my long thin blonde hair then braided it to the side.

I finally got done with my hair and makeup then I look at my phone and it was 6:30 I had to be out of the house by 7:00 so I could get a good parking spot at school. I walk in the kitchen and pop some toast in the toaster then pulled out some eggs so I could make an egg sandwich. I herd my mom walk out of her bedroom

"Hey mom, Good morning" I said smiling

"Good morning baby!" With a smile on her face

My mom always calls me that, but I don't mind.

"Just to let you know I need to work over time today so I won't be home till later at night" she said

"But there is food for you to cook for dinner, I got some Chicken Patties in the freezer and some fries to, plus some snacks for you when you get out of school" she said

"Oh alright, sounds yummy!" I said

"But I need to get going I don't wanna be late for work!"

She kissed me on my forehead and grabs her keys then leaves.

I'm used to being alone at home, I'm 17 I know how to take care of myself, but sometimes I feel really lonely. My sister lives in Arizona she goes to collage there, she loves to play softball and loves summer and it's usually 90 degrees down there like everyday. But my mom and dad are divorced and I barely get to see my dad cause he is always working.

I got done eating my egg sandwich, then I looked at the time.

"Crap! It's 6:50!" I say while spazzing out.

I put my plate in the sink and hurry up and brush my teeth, then grab my bag and hop outside

I walked to my car, then get in it. Man was it cold in here! I start the car up and turn the heat up all the way then turn on the radio. I buckled myself up the drove out of my driveway.
