A few days later, Pancake and Twister were hanging out.
"I'd better get going" Pancake said, kissing Twister.
"Thanks for the idea!" Twister called after her. He had thought of a name for his band- The Rippers. They were competing against the TaTa's- Strudel, Banjo, Gepetto, and Homer.
Meanwhile, Gepetto walked in late to practice in Homer's garage, arriving the same time as Pancake.
Strudel and Strawberry were sitting on the couch watching.
"I've gotta go" said Strudel, picking up his crutches.
Those were two people he didn't want to see.
"Strudel, wait!" Gepetto called.
Strudel started putting away his guitar.
"I'm really sorry" Gepetto continued.
"I could've died" Strudel said.
Gepetto just sighed. "You know what? Fine!" He said, throwing down his drum sticks.
Pancake ran after him. "Gepetto, wait!"
"Nobody cares about me" Gepetto said.
"I do" Pancake said.
"Then prove it" Gepetto said, leaning in.
"Gepetto, I'm with Twister" Pancake said.
"So you don't care?" Gepetto yelled.
"Look, dude" Pancake said. "I don't like the fact that my best friend is dating someone I had strong feelings for. I also don't like that my brother is best friends with that guy. I wish I never had to see him again. He did something horrible to me, and I may never forgive him. But you have to ignore him. I do. You guys are in a band together, and he is blaming you for his injury. You're the one who told him to do it. So just act like nothing happened and play your fucking music. I'm with Twister, so I'm not going to kiss you. But I do care about you"
"Whatever" Gepetto said. "I'll rehearse. But that's it"
He headed back.
Back in the garage, Banjo was singing. "She put that sugar on my tongue tongue yippy yippy yum yum"
"Shut the fuck up" sang Strudel, but Homer continued.
"Goody goody gum drop, put me in a tongue lock, do it till your body gets numb numb"
"You guys suck" said CJ, who was walking into the house.
"I've got it!" said Gepetto. "Grind on me, featuring Pretty Nicky"
