Italics: thoughts

Normal POV

Sasuke arrived at training ground seven to find Naruto there sleeping soundly against a tree.

'So cute' he thought with a blush. He quietly approached and sat down beside her. Before he knew it, he fell asleep too.

When Sakura arrived at the training ground, she was met with the sight of her precious Sasuke-kun leaning against Naruto and vice-versa. A tick mark grew on her head.

"Get up!!" She exclaimed. In the end only Sasuke woke up. His face growing red as he saw Naruto leaning on his shoulder. Sakura ruined the moment as she sat on Sasuke's left and started pestering him for a date. Two hours later, Kakashi finally showed up.

"You're late!!!" Sakura exclaimed loudly, successfully waking Naruto. She rubbed her eyes and looked over at the new arrival.

"About time sensei"

"Sorry sorry I got lost on the road of life" he sheepishly replied.

"Lies!!!" Sakura yelled.

"Well, let's just get started then" Kakashi said.

"Start"

All three gennin quickly disappeared into the forest. Kakashi could tell where Sasuke and Sakura was, but Naruto was nowhere to be found.

Naruto however was approaching Sakura's hiding place. She started her as she seemed to appear from thin air.

"I have a plan" Naruto told her.

"A stupid one I bet, not interested" Sakura responded and walked off to find Sasuke. Naruto merely shrugged and went a different direction, to where she could sense Sasuke's chakra. She found him hiding in a tree.

"I have a plan" she told him. Because of the need of silence, she was rather close to him, only a few inches away. His face had once again grew red.

"W..what do you have in mind?" He asked, looking away. Once the plan was explained to him he agreed.

"Let's go" Naruto whispered. As if on cue, Sakura's scream could be heard in the distance.

Kakashi stood in a clearing, staring intently at his perverted book, when suddenly Naruto appeared in his line of sight.

"Knowing you you're probably up to something" he said calmly.

"I guess you could say that" she replied. Kakashi moved to the right to avoid a kunai. The paper bomb on the kunai detonated, and another went off rather close, creating a large cloud of dust.

"Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!!" Could be heard as Sasuke appeared, creating a large ball of fire. It headed straight for Kakashi as he looked over in surprise, though he didn't notice the blur moving past him. The air cleared and all you could see was a charred piece of wood on the ground.

"Good try" Kakashi said with an eye smile a few feet away.

"It wasn't a try" Sasuke said and pointed to Naruto. She in turn raised up two bells. Surprised, Kakashi looked at his waist in shock.

"When did you?" He started.

"I had a clone take them as you avoided Sasuke's jutsu" Naruto explained. Kakashi's eye smile returned.

"Good job you two, the both of you pass, now then I should be going now. I'll be taking Sakura home since she's still unconscious ja ne" He disappeared in a poof of smoke.

Naruto went over to Sasuke and raised her hand. Sasuke looked at her confused.

"High five" she simply stated. She was not left hanging.

"Do you want to get some ramen?" Naruto asked him.

"Y..yeah sure" he said, and the two made their was to Ichiraku's.
